Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Bansko

The location is perfect, I loved everything there. As a small recommendation, I would add a coffee machine for the morning and some coffee capsules.

We had an exceptional stay at Diana’s penthouse in Bansko! The apartment is of a very high standard, offering a luxurious experience, astonishing Mountain views right from the bed, and a spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Although the fridge is a bit small, it didn’t detract from our enjoyment. Diana is an incredibly caring host, always attentive to our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. When we faced slow internet speeds from the hotel wifi, she quickly provided a 5G router, giving us a perfect 100 Mbps connection, ideal for remote work. The sauna and indoor pool facilities were a fantastic bonus, making our stay even more relaxing. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Yavor's place. Yavor is a great host, always helpful and responsive. He prepared a little gift for us. Very appreciated. Car can be parked inside the premise for a fee, or just outside for free. The room is very spacious and well furnished. The kitchen is great, felt right at home. All in all, highly recommended to everyone. Will stay there again if we come back for another holiday.

Had a lovely time Bansko, Alison was a great host, always giving weather updates before arrival etc. Apartment was really spacious and spotlessly clean with lots of clean towels and linen etc. It is located slightly out of the town centre but only a five minute walk, which was perfect as it was lovely and peaceful. Will definitely book here the next time we come to Bansko.

Dimitar's place is perfect for a stay in Bansko. Close to the gondola and has everything you could possibly need.

Dimitar's apartment is laid out over 2 storeys on the top floor of an apartment block. It has a balcony that fills the kitchen with morning sun. It is comfortable and peaceful. There is a spacious ground floor with a wood stove and comfy armchairs, a bar and pool table where people meet. I enjoyed playing chess with some of the locals there. There is also a really nice sauna and swimming pool. Dimitar recommended we use Totem ski for hiring equipment which is extremely conveniently located near the gondola and only a short walk from the apartment. So we kept our ski equipment there over night. We found Bansko generally to be a fun destination. The locals are unpretentious and the area is laid back. The gondolas, lifts and mountain bars made skiing easy. The landscape itself is a real pleasure with woodland between pistes filled with the paw prints of foxes and rabbits. Apparently in the summer there are bears!!! ps I would recommend speaking to Bobi at Sankiyski about skiing lessons.

Predela Two was perfect for a family group ski holiday. The location was fantastic with friendly staff and great facilities. Ski equipment and storage was available. 2 min walk to slope to ski down to Gondola or 10 min easy walk down street to Gondola. Great Spa facilities for that apres-ski relax before short walk into main town. Rooms clean and spacious. Slaveia was an excellent host and arranged rooms to fit the group needs: doubles, twins and sofa beds where needed for the group of 8. She answered all questions promptly and arranged transfers to/from the airport. I am extremely grateful to Slaveia as she took all the stress out of arranging transfers and accomodation. Would highly recommend Predela Two and Slaveia.

The apartment is bigger and nicer then the photos! Bed was comfortable and big king size. Bathroom was newly renovated. Apartment heating system was excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Location was 5 min or less walking distance from the gondola. Ski shops were underneath the apartment. Parking was easy. And balcony was perfect addition. Miglena is wonderful and very attentive host. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back.

My experience at Kati’s listing was truly exceptional. As an experienced Airbnb guest, I’ve seen many properties, but Kati stands out as a rare and wonderful host. The apartment was immaculate and welcoming—with neatly folded towels, clean bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful extras like spare trash bags. The heating and ample hot water ensured a comfortable stay, and the spacious balcony provided a convenient spot to store ski equipment while offering a beautiful view of a nearby field. Traveling with my wife and child, we especially appreciated Kati’s valuable local insights. She recommended fantastic restaurants and bars, provided a trustworthy lawyer contact for some personal matters, and even directed us to a reliable ski equipment rental service. Overall, Kati’s attention to detail and genuine care made our stay both enjoyable and stress-free, and I highly recommend her listing to other guests.

Overall, everything was wonderful—very warm, quite clean, with all the necessary dishes and appliances, as well as clean towels and bed linen. The only thing that was a bit surprising was that in the “House with a Fireplace,” the fireplace is available for an additional fee (as is the barbecue). Moreover, the fireplace smoked heavily, and by morning everything—from the dishes to the plumbing—was covered in black soot. I recommend asking for instructions on how to light it properly🙂
