Holiday rentals with beach access in Banten

1. Nice access to the beach. The beach is quite clean and relatively not as crowded as the ones in Anyer, or even other nearby Carita beaches. 2. Outstanding view from the balcony, the sound of the ocean is just relaxing. 3. Since it is located on the third floor, we won't be bothered by the local peddlers trying to offer us things. Which means, more privacy and way safer. 4. The place is clean and more maintained than others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. 5. Value for money, compared to others in Kondominium Lippo Carita. Most importantly, the host is helpful and responsive. Thanks to Mas Fajar for hosting us.

It’s such a recommended place to stay in Carita! Even though the access road was rocky and so many damage buildings but when we arrived at the villa its giving a different vibes. The hosts are really helpful and fast response. We also ordered grill seafood and the taste are amazing. We’ll definitely come back!

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

Good place to stay in PIK with Family 🙏

Villa Putih is located in the Pisita area, which features a private beach with facilities such as banana boats. Guests can enjoy exploring the coral during low tide, and children can search for fish and shells. The villa, while old, is well-maintained. Additionally, the villa provides four passes for the swimming pool. One of the highlights is the breakfast, which offers a variety of options and can keep guests satisfied until lunch. The staff is helpful and professional. We will come back and may try the other unit since there are 2 units available.

We spent a delightful five nights at the villa in early July 2022. The location is idyllic and perfect for relaxation. The upstairs covered verandah is ideal for ocean-side yoga sessions, especially at sunrise. While I am 80 and my wife is 71 - we found no physical limitations and were able to enjoy a marvelously peaceful visit. Essentially the only sounds are those made by the waves landing on the beach below. Martin and his wife took care of us admirably and the Alfamart across the street was convenient for restocking provisions. We will definitely be back in the future.

The place is good even though the building is quite old.. the wifi is fast. You can netflix the android tv is really ok. You can swim on the beach you can eat while watching.... the bathroom facilities are smooth. There are cooking utensils...but the electric stove sometimes likes errors.. only 1 air conditioning room is not cold. the other room is cold... cozy atmosphere... clean beach there is a clean attendant in the morning.. a lot of sales. It's quite a lot...but what to buy as necessary to help their economy..the pijit pays 20k 30mnt...mayan for ilangin pegel i hope ma'am indy and the guard pak zaki can maintain the maintenance well. we'll definitely come back there again. kids love it. bgt...

Clean, quiet because it's on the top floor so it won't be bothered by surrounding residents who continue to offer their merchandise. Only two points I want to tell the owner for the apt: 1. The air conditioner in the room opposite the bathroom is leaking so we have to accommodate the water with a basin, and that is very disturbing to sleep at night because the water points that fall into the bucket are noisy all night and disturb activities in the room. overall cold air conditioning is fine 2. The water fountain hose for the toilet is almost broken, so it can't be used because it can't be used because of everywhere. That's just a little put in from us. i recommend this apt if anyone wants to rent, it is facing a clean and spacious beach. There are many beds, in front of the guest room there is also a spring bed for those who want to sleep in waves. two sofas can also be used as a bed. Hopefully with the repair of the above issues can provide more perfect comfort for renters. Thank you so much Nick.

Very spacious since it is actually 3 units combined. The actual condition is the same with the pictures. The helper, Pak Jaki is very responsive. Please note that this place is on third floor (2 level after ground).
