This former Hungarian country house was preserved and attractively furnished by the German owners with a lot of attention to detail in its original form. Thanks to the comfortable interior design, the spacious outdoor area with large pool, playground and barbecue area, this vacation home is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family, with dogs ... It is wonderfully centrally located in the wine-growing area between Lake Balaton, cultural capital Pécs, Danube and Blumenstadt Kaposvár.

The house is a semi-detached house. Both sides separate for rent or together. The two parts are completely separate, only the terrace in front of it is built in, but it is separated by plants. Both house at the upstairs have bedrooms(2-2 room) and bathroom. At the Ground floor living room dining room with kitchen and a restroom. The kitchens are well equipped. Towels, bed linen avaiable. on the terrace have garden furniture. The bed in the living rooms can be opened on both sides.

The 6-room guesthouse was built in a 3-acre walnut grove. There is a huge living room with a fireplace, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. 300 meters from the estate is the beautiful Pagan lake. The rooms are all large, with a total of 16 spaces. All rooms are air-conditioned, wood-fired tub and sauna are available in the courtyard. In the courtyard, there is a playground element, foosball, table tennis, and a football field for those who want to play.
