John is a great host and we enjoyed spending a little time with him once in awhile. The place was as described and a good starting off place each morning.

The most lovely home for our 10 day stay. Had all we needed and more. Spacious for 5 adults. Location was perfect for exploring London or staying in. Beautful English garden and outdoor spaces to relax. Host is the best! Kitchen even stocked with delicious staples to make us at home right away. We already miss it, will dream of our stay and would return any time! Thank you Ramona!!

La maison d'Eugénie a correspondu exactement à nos besoins: des chambres et salles de bain confortables, un emplacement paisible et verdoyant pour se reposer après une journée de shopping ou de visite, London Fiels à 2 pas pour son footing..... Quant à la décoration, il faudra la découvrir par vous-même ! Eugenie nous a également donné beaucoup de conseil pour découvrir les commerçants et restaurants de son quartier. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout tester. Dalston est à découvrir.

This is a spacious and modern two-bedroom townhouse with separate street entry and bright roomy kitchen/living upstairs inside. We enjoyed the proximity to the Broadway area and London Fields park, and also the Columbia flower market on the Sunday. Plus, once we got the hang of doing so, we made use of the many bus routes that are available to get to other London precincts, easier and cheaper in many cases than the underground, which is about 15 mins walk away (or the more limited overground rail, which is 8 mins away). Better views from the bus too. Overall, it's a great base for a "feels like at home" stay in London.

Paul and Angela's cottage was perfect for our short stay. The location is in a very quiet location yet within walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in Greenwich and near great transport links to Central London. The cottage itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As mentioned in other reviews there is a narrow spiral staircase as clearly shown in the pictures but our 6 year old managed this just fine and we were able to take our cases up. Paul and Angela answered any queries quickly and were kindly able to accommodate requests to leave luggage at the cottage pre/post check in/out times so we could make the most of our short stay. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We had a great stay and Lynn was a great host. House was fantastic and in an amazing location. I highly recommend it!

We waren met drie vriendinnen. We mochten eerder dan de check in tijd onze tassen al binnen neerzetten. De schoonmaakster kwam tegelijk met ons binnen. John zijn huis is erg fijn. Indrukwekkende boekenkast. Er is ook een heerlijk beschut tuintje waar je rustig kan zitten. We mochten alles in de keuken gebruiken en dat was erg handig. Er zijn twee badkamers die netjes door de schoonmaker was. John reageert snel op berichtjes en helpt als het nodig is. We hebben ons erg op ons gemak gevoelt. De locatie is perfect. Je kan lopend de stad in, of binnen tien minuutjes ben je bij vauxhall metro. Bedankt John!

Would absolutely recommend this place and would hopefully like to stay again in the future! The house is immaculate! Walkable distance to cute cafes (Sweet Carolina stood out for us) and markets. A bus ride away from the Thameslink! Really excellent and high standard finishes, quooker tap with sparkling water was a standout. The house also had a really peaceful feel to it and the downstairs blends outdoor indoor living which was super cool. Overall a really comfortable stay

Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

How to start?? I would highly recommend Charles' place! When you get there and go up the stairs, you might think it's not going to be good. However, when you open the door you'll be taken back as to how beautiful his place is!! I felt right at home! Charles had wine, milk, OJ, bread and eggs. The sleigh bed was not only comfy but so pretty. He had great darkening curtains which also serve as a divider from the living room. The shower was welcoming. If I come back to London, I'd stay at Charles' place!

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

This house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed at Battersea. It was very clean just like the pictures show. It had quite space for all of us easy to get in get out and also the subway underneath was very easy to access. Faisal was very helpful we would book again whenever we come to London thank you for everything.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

Want a nice quiet spot in West London that's affordable? This is it. Always got peaceful nights sleep and it's easy to get to the underground or walks to Shepherd's Bush.

The flat is in a lively, well-connected area close to cafés, restaurants, and public transport. It offers great amenities and is part of a modern apartment complex built in 2023. The building’s concierge staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay.

El apartamento era perfecto para pasar unos días. Ha cumplido las expectativas con creces y repetiría sin dudarlo. Nos hemos sentido como en casa y tenía todo lo necesario y las comodidades para pasar una estancia increíble. No nos ha faltado de nada y siempre que hemos tenido alguna consulta, nos han respondido al momento dando facilidades y han sido muy amables. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que si busca un apartamento para ir a Londres, este es el indicado. Aparte el transporte público está cerca y conecta rápido con todo. ¡Nosotros repetiríamos encantados!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hussain’s flat on Redcliffe Gardens! From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. So much so that by day two, my sister and I were already saying, “Let’s head home” after a day of sightseeing. The flat is warm, welcoming, and truly comfortable. The location is fantastic. It is tucked in a quiet, more residential area (Kensington-Chelsea), yet just a short walk to restaurants, shops, the Tube, and bus stops. We felt completely safe walking around. One of the unexpected perks was how quiet the bedrooms were since they’re located at the back of the flat, away from street noise (all streets in London are busy), which made for peaceful sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped for our style of travel, we love cooking breakfast, having lunch or tea out, then enjoying something light in the evening. Hussain was a wonderful host being attentive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A weekend trip made extra lovely by our stay at Harriet's place! A truly beautiful, artist's home soaked in feel-good colours and dopamine decorations. The ground floor apartment has privacy windows and a great private backyard, total suntrap, perfect for summer evening dinners or morning coffee and is situated on a very peaceful no-through road. Sparklingly clean. The sleeping arrangement was a sofabed, however a very comfy one with luxe bedding. Harriet was always on hand to answer any questions and just generally lovely. We absolutely fell in love with the vibrant neighbourhood and especially with the deli on the corner, Palm 2. Delicious sweet treats and salad bar. We were so sad to go!

Elsa's place is really peaceful and quiet, we didn't hear any noise at all during our stay. The flat is very well located, it was pretty easy to go anywhere with the overground. The area has some nice restaurants in walking distance and a cute park for a short walk! The flat itself is cozy and well-equiped, I would say it maybe needs a bit more attention on cleaning (general cleaning was well done but it could use some deep cleaning in a few spots, I also found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard), but other than that it was quite pleasant!

Bernadette was a lovely, communicative host and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. She provided very helpful directions to the flat from the airport, and her mom was so sweet checking us in. She also thoughtfully gave us tips for exploring the area. It was a wonderful first trip to London for me, and I’m so glad my friend and I were able to stay at her cozy, cute flat. It has a small balcony, which we loved for having a quick breakfast in the morning overlooking a park, and was only a few min walk away from the bus stops. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and the main reason was Tessa. She was friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome in her home. And the apartment was lovely -- it's her own place, which means it's cozy and homey, not sterile and pristine like a hotel. There are books on the shelves, items in the kitchen cupboards and a bicycle in the front hall. Everything was clean, the heating worked perfectly (a blessing in 4-degree weather!), the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. I don't know London that well, so I can't speak to the location, but there are plenty of bus stops and metro stations nearby, and my friend and I easily traveled around the city. In terms of the area/neighborhood, it's not exactly picturesque, but I didn't dock any stars because that's hardly the hostess' fault. I just thought I would mention it, although I had absolutely no problem with it. I definitely recommend this place.

This was the perfect place to stay for us and would highly recommend . Clean and well maintained with nice outdoor area. The area itself is quiet and yet easily accessible to London Fields and Haggerston Stations and other modes of public transport.
