AirCon is in every room. 4 full bathrooms. Private parking is included. There is a bus around the corner and a train station 7 minutes away directly to the center of Barcelona, airport is 10km away.

This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Forest and National Parks are close for any type of hike, cycling or other outdoor activities.

At the house there are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds bedroom (two bedroom of double beds, one of it has a Seaview and private bathroom, 3th bedroom has 2 single beds). There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.
