Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. People under 35 years old are not allowed except families. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to have parties in the apartment. Failure to comply with these rules or if we have complaints about bad behavior, implies the loss of the deposit and expulsion from the apartment. There is a tourist tax upon arrival of 6.88 euros per person per night.

Whether seeking a romantic get-away or a family vacation, this modernist style 18th century palace is a completely refurnished luxury apartment and brand new penthouse located in the heart of Barcelona. The elevator reaches the third floor and a flight of stairs (24 steps) takes you to the apartment at the top floor. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One with double bed, second one can be double bed or two single beds. Large living room area and terrace. Additional refrigerator and freezer space is at guests disposal in the storage room. It is not recommendable for young people looking for party. No Music after 10:30pm. No noise after 10:30 pm €9,50 per night, stay up to a maximum of 7 night Bicycles are not allowed in the building or apartment.
