The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. My place is a complete apartment in the extension of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck zu Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the porch, the view of the water of the Trave, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with kids. The two bedrooms mentioned are gable chambers (see photo).

The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.
