The lodge of the trough was built in an old barn/stable built around 1830. The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its trough, its beams of the forest of Retz and its cut stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel. The cottage has been converted into the miller's house, located next to the old mill of Puiseux-en-Retz, where we live.
