Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Great little room. Admittedly the bedroom/kitchen area was a little smaller than I expected but a great use of the space overall and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. Close to the town centre. Quite a quiet part of Leicester too. Would defintely book again and recommend.

Chill out zone room in shared appartment.

Staying at the shared 4 bedroom sharehouse Loretta offers was great. I had some excellent conversations with 2 of the 3 other guys and didn't see 1 guy apart from once as he was always out it seemed. The room had what was needed and kitchen also with a separate cupboard/cutlery & shelf in the fridge. The shared use of the washing machine meant it was possible to wash clothes and the laundromat to dry them was just 15 mins away & the typical £4 for 20 mins in a dryer. I would definitely stay again. 5/5
