Holiday rentals with a patio in Barmouth

Great property close to beach, pubs and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with very modern decor.

Booking and communication at short notice was very good and locating the property and check in was easy. The allocated parking bay is clearly marked and close to the entry door - the high street and Ffestiniog Railway Station a two-minute drive away. Once inside, I found a light, clean, comfortable and attractive interior with good quality furnishings. Comfortable double bed and peaceful at night. Lounge with large comfy settee next to patio doors with a great view of the harbour. Good sized TV and reliable Wi-Fi. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening sunshine. Open plan kitchen next to lounge is well equipped. Three supermarkets locally or lots of restaurants if you don’t want to cook. From here I visited some great locations including Anglesey, beaches on Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon Railway, Ffestiniog Railway, Portmeirion, Barmouth and Porthmadog itself. I had a great time at this accommodation, a perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and I would happily stay here again.

We had a great break at Ffion’s property - beautifully furnished with all we could need, in a stunning area of the country - would definitely recommend & hope for a return visit sometime in the future.

Imogen’s property was clean and tidy and spacious for 2 people. It was a good base for exploring the area and there is plenty to do.

Sarah was a great host, emailing information at the time of booking and following up a day before and on the day of booking. lots of helpfull information left at the flat, for local amenities and places to visit . Sarah is a great host

I stayed in Willem and Lisa's Anex. They truly have a special place and I would love to come back and visit one of their cottages with my family.

Maria's apartment was absolutely amazing. First of all the location was fantastic and very easy to find. The actual apartment was as listed, a very well kept spacious apartment over looking a beautiful setting of a church grounds. Best of all though with this apartment was Maria and the staff at the pub. Absolutely brilliant amazing hosts, felt like we had known them ages, made us feel very welcomed and the restaurant food was outstanding. Cannot recommend this apartment, the stag inn and the village life highly enough. will be revisiting in the future.

Absolutely lovely spot, this is our second visit to Sally’s place we love it, the location is perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Beautiful property with everything you need, clean and tidy the perfect home from home.

David was a great host and welcomed us with a lovely hamper and homemade cake. Our daughter loved the hot tub and big baths in the house, overall just a tranquil and peaceful location with amazing scenery and great day escapes on your doorstep in Snowdonia. Ty Canol is very comfortable and well appointed. It's an old stone cottage with a small mature garden. five minutes walk from the sea. We felt at home straight away.

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at Wendy’s place. Amazing views, beautiful and comfortable house extremely well equipped and designed. Lots to do exploring the area and beyond and always lovely to come back and enjoy the views particularly from the upstairs lounge. We’d love to come back again.

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Relaxing setting for the adults and plenty to do around the area for the children. Our children loved the cows daily visit. The house was spotless with everything you could need. Check in and check out were stress free. Gwen and her husband are friendly and left us to it. Highly recommend for your visit to Wales! The cottage is very well installed, with plenty of space for ourbfamily of four adults. The kitchen is excellent, as well as the conservatory/lounge. The hot tub is hands down the top amenity: pristine clean and warm! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous, cosy cottage with stunning views of the coast and Anglesey. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Large well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and luxurious bath! The hot tub was an added bonus which the whole family enjoyed. Fantastic communication and recommendations from James. We wholeheartedly recommend and very much look forward to going back!

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location to access Eryri’s finest and the house was perfect! Felt so at home and a perfect place to go back to after a long day on your feet!

Enjoyed a lovely couple of days with the dogs. Exactly as described, lovely and cozy for relaxing with a big field for the dogs to play in. Karen left some recommendations for local walks or places to go. We braved the weather and took the dogs to the Llyn Cwm Dulyn, a beautiful Lake (even with the rain)! Overall it's a great little getaway, a nice touch to leave a bottle of wine ready for us on arrival. Would recommend and would stay again in the future.

My friend and I had a lovely stay. We loved Aberporth and our stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean, warm and relaxing. Naomi was friendly & really helpful. Would love to return & warmly recommended.

Chris and Julie were very welcoming, helpful, kind and responsive during our time at their beautiful property. The property is an amazing place, very private and set back off the road right by a fresh water creek, nestled in the hills and surrounded by nature. There is a conscious eco-lodge feel to the place and much has been done to give the place a natural and peaceful feel, including natural bedding and products in a space that has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great too, with the town of Betws-y-Coed only about 15 minutes away and various Snowdon summit tracks not too far beyond that. A big thank you to Chris & Julie - I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

jacci was great with comms and the checkin was great. apartment clean and roomy and facilities were just the job. the welcome pack was amazing and jacci kindly met my dietary needs.

Lovely little studio within walking distance of the village. We got a nice Thai takeaway . Comfy bed and cozy sitting area. Everything was spotlessly clean. The studio is a 15/20 minute drive from so many places and excellent value for money. Paula got back to us super quickly as we were running late on the day of arrival. We would stay again if wanting to visit Harlech or Portmerrion. Thanks Paula

Such a lovely apartment, perfect for what we needed. The host is a great balance of giving you privacy but quick to respond to messages if you have any questions. It's exactly as stated, easy to access, great rooms (I want to move in to the bathroom for the shower alone!), had everything we could have thought of, and is in a brilliant location. The local woodland area was 30 seconds down the road and perfect for taking the dog

I can't say enough about this stay. Yes, it was exactly as described, beautiful and overlooking the water. Yes, the location was perfect and walkable to everything. But what really stood out was the unbelievable responsiveness and kindness of the host, Nia. When due to my own failings I couldn't figure out the lock box, one message and they were down to help me in and even carry my luggage up within 10 minutes. When I had a confusion about dates, again through my own scattered brain, they were incredibly kind and helpful. In the system where so many airbnb's are more of a corporate and business nature, it was wonderful to have the personal touch. If I ever need an Airbnb in Aber again, this is the only one for me. I wish I could give it more than five stars.

Beautiful apartment overlooking South Beach. This end of town is lovely and peaceful; it’s a minute walk to the castle etc and easy to find with clear instructions from Paul & Clara. Very helpful to have parking included as it can get very busy in the summer! We stayed for a long weekend and were very impressed with the size of the apartment, very good value for money. All amenities listed were available and the apartment was clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again in the future :)

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful period property and cannot fault it. The directions and instructions for access were clear and comprehensive. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the most amazing views from both the lounge and bedroom windows. We loved sitting in the beautiful cottage garden and the sun streaming into the kitchen as we ate our evening meal. The location was perfect for walking into town, to the harbour and Borth y Gest. We have stayed in many airbnbs in the UK and France and this is our favourite. We cannot wait to return.
