Condo holiday rentals in Barnegat Bay

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

Daniel was fantastic from start to finish. Kind, helpful, and respectful. His condo was well taken care of and clean, exactly as he had shown in the ad. honesty, if i could have rented forever, I would. please book with him, you'll get a great place to stay and an amazing host.

Was a great stay, we were there for a wedding and we needed a toddler friendly place that was close to the venue and had enough to keep the kids occupied. Rachel’s place saved us so much time and space by being already kid friendly and had a crib, along with plenty of toys for the kids to play with. I could write more but it would just be reiterating how it gave us a sense of “being home” and comfort while we were staying.

"The space was perfect. Right on the beach with an access ramp onto the sand. We used the city's sand wheelchair a few times, and it was great. Lifeguards were so helpful and kind. They were an excellent resource while you're staying there. Walking distance to several restaurants, casual and fancy. Quiet roads nearby where our two kids rode bikes at all hours of the day. We also walked to the bayside to watch the sunset, a pleasant 5 min walk. The host was responsive and very helpful."

Location, location, location! This place is perfect if you're looking for a week on the beach and the boardwalk. We loved the proximity to the boardwalk, waterpark, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was perfect for our family vacation with preteens. Paul is extremely responsive and friendly. The place was clean and functional. We're a family of 5 with 3 preteens. We had one that camped out on the couch and two in the bunkbed while we took the queen. It worked out well for us. I will say that it is louder at night than some of the other areas of Seaside heights that we've stayed in before. It's right next to the boardwalk and the waterpark though, so it's to be expected. We brought sound machines along and they worked well to drown out any noise. All and all, this was a great place and the perfect beach house for a vacation in seaside heights!

Me and a friend stayed the night for a little beach getaway. The house was clean and cute and had everything needed! It was a 3 min walk from the beach which was great! The host was also great as he responded quickly!

I will recommend this space to anyone traveling this way. Aijun was so helpful and and kind. We came from the west coast and Aijun made sure we had all the linens we needed even though you typically have to provide your own. Communication was friendly and quick. It truly felt as though we were staying in a friend's home and not a random apartment. This was the first place we stayed in a vacation that still includes three more stays and every place will be compared to this one and they have a lot to live up to. If we are fortunate enough to get another vacation on LBI we will certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home .. perfect for families for vacation or weekend stay. Close enough to walk to the beach.. boardwalk and local restaurants. Thanh and Rose are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

What a pleasure to have found this place! I travel to the area for business and the last few places I stayed were mediocre at best. Dave is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, and the condo is exactly as described and pictured! I will definitely book this for my future visits. Thank you, Dave, for making it EASY and your place was as comfy as home.

Extremely nice play! The host was very accommodating and nice. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and even extended our time there. The boardwalk is quick walk away and I enjoyed morning runs in the area. I would definitely recommend the stay

Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

Chris was accommodating from the very start of our booking; quick to accept our booking and respond to our requests. I came to Asbury for a quick weekend vacation, along with my husband, daughter, her bff, and our dog. We were super comfortable in the condo. Nice big kitchen, and comfy living room where we ordered in after a long day at the beach! The girls did NOT want to leave! The condo is located just a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk - right near the food trucks and the dog beach. The condo has all of the essentials, super clean, great fluffy and fresh towels - We couldn't have asked for more :). Thank you Chris and Andy for sharing your condo with us. We loved it and would love to book again with you on our next visit!

Very clean and excellent location. As in description the outside can use some work but as mentioned that’s an HOA issue but the inside was exactly as pictured and very clean and comfortable

I love this area for vacation. Having off street parking , Laundry and a place to accomodate my pet were bonuses. Not having linens and towels is a Jersey thing, I always feel that these items should be available onsite especially for the price of rentals in this area. Tina is a pleasant and responsive host. I recommend her and would stay here again.

I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting friends and was so impressed with the cleanliness, updated amenities, and private parking. Myra was incredibly helpful leading up to my stay, allowing for an early check in and clear instructions on how to access the unit. Upon arriving there was a handwritten note and a basket full of various provisions. I would stay here time and time again! It was a wonderful experience

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

This rental was perfect for us. I took my daughter and 2 friends for an end of school year celebration weekend. So close to the boardwalk and beach and other entertainment. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. The host was responsive and so helpful. Would definitely rent again!

Great stay with the kids. They loved the pools and the short walk to the boardwalk. I’m grateful they provided linens but I would’ve preferred to know they were disposable as they weren’t very comfortable and next time I’ll know to bring my own. I’m just picky in that way though. The place was great and spacious and provided a great family vacation.

The beach house is beautiful! I loved the quiet of the place and how close to the beach is and the swimming pool was a plus. The apartment is close to everything (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and more). I’ll definitely come back.

Leidy was a wonderful host. Available within minutes of ringing her phone. The apartment was clean, cozy and confortable. Everything needed for a fun walk to the beach vacation. The heated pool was great for a dip at the end of the day . The kitchen was well stocked with necessities...pots, pans, spices, oil and vinegar (if you wanted to cook). It was is quiet in the evening away from the boardwalk yet close enough to go there if you want the razzle/dazzle of Seaside Heights attractions. We would stay again for sure if our travels bring us back to NJ.

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! We had a nice stay. Melyssa’s place was clean and super convenient to walk to the beach/boardwalk and nearby restaurants. The trade-off is there is a bit of nighttime noise from people walking back from the bars/restaurants but nothing crazy. We had a few small glitches on arrival (door code, WIFI code, beds a little different than posted photos) but Melyssa was fast and great with communication to help out. Overall a great stay and would recommend!

The place was perfect for our weekend visit to the beach. It was squeaky clean with sufficient lighting and electrical outlets. There’s a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, as well as bathroom amenities. The bed was comfortable and had lots of pillows. It’s a short walk to the boardwalk yet a very quiet and serene location. Also, you have a private parking space. I highly recommend it!
