The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

Super convenient location if you're going to LBI National Golf & Resort (5-10 minute drive). We visited in April and most of the downtown restaurants and shops were still closed. It looked like most were reopening around Memorial Day which is standard. The home layout was a bit confusing but the boys LOVED the foosball table. Easy self check-in with an electronic pinpad lock on the door. The bathrooms seemed to have heated floors (!!) but we couldn't figure out how to get it to work. The shower pressure was fine, not the best, and they provided shampoo & conditioner, but not body wash (had multiple small hand soap bars tho). The area felt safe and the home was surrounded by manmade lagoons. There's a patio out back which was nice to hangout on and I think there were also kayaks if you wanted to go out on the water. Great, affordable option if you're looking to be in Little Egg Harbor!

My family and I had a truly enjoyable stay at this beautiful bayfront home. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, with stunning views that made for a perfect getaway. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. Bethany was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We highly recommend this home and would love to return!

House was amazing. Easy to find and get to. Easy access onto LBI if needed. Very clean and looked just like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked and very clean. Back yard space was spacious, and had very nice outdoor furniture, great place to hang out on a nice day.

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

The Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant. We LOVED the location. Very close proximity to great seafood restaurants, fun bars and a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kitty, the host, was great! She was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with our booking. She made the overall experience super easy.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

Awesome rest and relaxation for myself, my mom (86) and the pups! Location was perfect for a quiet, by the water weekend. Alex’s house has all you need to plop down in the sun by the water with a good book and the pups. I feel rested and rejuvenated! Location was perfectly situated, close enough to go to the island yet far enough to feel away from the tourism chaos. Alex was extremely accommodating and responsive. I will definitely be booking again! Thank you 🤗

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

Heather’s place was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, open, and all the furniture was very comfortable! Wawa and Walmart are very close to the location making last minute trips accessible and convenient. Heather was extremely quick with replying to my questions and made the check in and check out process easy, and simple (and I appreciate that so so much!) my family and I hope to return on another family vacation soon, as we did enjoy our stay (for the first time away from our home in 10-15 years as a family)!! Nothing can beat these views! Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. A family of swans came by each day and tons of crabs caught! Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to take out the kayaks but there was a nice park a short walk away on the waterfront. Jessica was very responsive and made the process seamless! 🌟🌟

This stay was just what we needed, peaceful, beautiful weather. Victoria communicated very well, given that it was off season offered late checkout since no one else was checking in. Only issue was that despite putting the correct address into Google Maps, it took us to the wrong spot. Switched to Apple Maps and got there no problem.

The house is on a quiet road, very walkable to Bay Village. 1 block from the bay and a few from the beach: The location can’t be beat! Deck has a nice gas grill and great view of the bay. Lovely to sit out on the deck for morning coffee. House was clean. We hope to be back next year!

Martha’s place was amazing! Our family had a great stay and felt right at home. Location was amazing, just 5 minutes from the beach and right on the water, we had a blast fishing off our dock and utilizing the crab traps provided. Would stay here again.

My family and I had a great experience here for our girls trip! It’s a very lovely house in a wonderful location and perfect distance from LBI! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and we all loved it! The views from the deck were my favorite! The house was equipped with everything we needed and we really felt at home the moment we walked inside! Yas and Dmitry were wonderful hosts and super responsive! Beautiful long driveway. designated patio with container gardens, table and chairs and umbrella. parking in the driveway near the entrance. big open field next door our dogs loved to play in. small deck with chairs and a grill. indoors was spacious clean and comfortable. beautiful updated kitchen and bath stocked with all your needs. tv games and books for entertainment. and a desk for remote work. friendly responsive hosts.
