This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! Katerina many thanks for hosting us - you have an amazing place and we hope to return on a few months! Take care and thanks tons for everything!!

Beautiful home, house has great features and very modern.

This residence was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with all that was needed for a great stay with family. Spacious rooms, multiple porches/decks, nice view of the bay, and beautiful pool/patio area were all enjoyable features of the home.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

Krista’s home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. She was responsive to all needs such as adjusting the temperature because at times the house was very cold. She also was very flexible. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Heidi's home was immediately inviting and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. She was incredibly flexible and accommodated an early check-in and change to our booking. The home and property were incredible! Our pup loved running around the fully-fenced yard, and we appreciated the dog bowls and bed for him as well. Heidi provided wonderful recommendations and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Brooke’s place for the second year in a row. The house is exactly as described and in the pictures - beautiful finishes, tasteful and comfortable decor, plentiful amenities. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to all the activities in Ocean City for the family but far enough away that it feels remote and peaceful. We used to go to the Outer Banks for many years, and my wife kept commenting on how it felt like we were there but with all the fun the boardwalk close by. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for what our family needed. Lots of space for a big family. Loved the fire pit and BBQ. Plenty of choice on TV for those rainy days. Plenty of seating outside. The hammock was a great place for an afternoon nap. Unfortunately none of us tried out the kayak but maybe next time. Jaime responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We would definitely book the house again.

We loved our stay at Val’s place. It felt like we were having a tea party with all of the curated decorations. The space was cozy and we felt right at home. Perfect drive to the LBI golf course where we were attending a wedding.

Great location and wonderfully stocked unit. Very cozy back porch for coffee. Comfortable beds etc... Very clean unit. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach (check out out the state park just down the road or walk up the street to the Seaside Heights Beach, another perk are the beach passes). Easy private parking in front. Kids will have a blast at the huge amusement ride riddled boardwalk a short walk up the street. We had a hiccup with the HVAC unit and Michael's team was "extremely" quick to respond to all messages to remedy the problem. Great teamwork with the super friendly co-hosts. We left very happy campers and will definitely use their services again as well as recommend them to anyone heading to this area. Thanks guys for a wonderful stay. Chuck and Judy.

Courtney was so lovely and accommodating!!! We felt so at home, the place was just so peaceful and exactly as described. We were looking for a weekend getaway and it was just what we had hoped for!!!

Perfect amount of space for our group. We could spread out and enjoyed the deck and backyard space. Loved being able to walk to beach, bay, lighthouse, ice cream and many more! The house was cozy, beachy and bright! Had everything we needed for an extended weekend. Would return again!

My family and I had a truly enjoyable stay at this beautiful bayfront home. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, with stunning views that made for a perfect getaway. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free stay. Bethany was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. We highly recommend this home and would love to return!

Peter and Janet were amazing. Loved their home. Super clean and cozy. We were allowed to use the grill and the washer and dryer. I requested an early check in and they had no problem and also allowed us to stay as late as we wanted on the check out day! We will be renting from them again.

Christine's place was great! Loved the feel of the house. There were bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, making it easy for kids to be separated from people who might stay up later. Loved the backyard area right on the water. Amazing to have two pack n plays and tons of kids dishware so we didn't have to travel with that. Christine was super responsive when I had questions leading up to our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

My family enjoyed Elvira’s place. It was clean and you felt right at home. We liked fishing right on the bay and it was really nice how close to the water it was. Caroline was super nice and responsive too. It was wonderful how they provided everything you could need! We had two little babies so it was a bit too tight of a space for our family, but would love to return without the babies sometime! 😂❤️ the location was also great! We loved how private the home felt and the cute little community it’s in. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful stay! A very quaint home, with an easy walkable distance to the beach, and many local restaurants, shops and cafes. Cannot wait to stay again! Very peaceful outdoor area for relaxing and grilling ☺️

We stayed at Melissa’s after attending an evening wedding in the area and it was perfect! Very cozy! Bed was very comfortable. Had a nice water view located near the bay. Would be a nice place to spend some time boating and crabbing and other water fun.

Jose's home was lovely and exactly as described. All the rooms were neat and clean, which is a big deal for me. We were in town for a family wedding. The house was secluded yet very close to our venue. It was all quite wonderful and Jose is a great host. Highly recommend.
