Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Dummett Cottage is a Grade 2 listed 3 bedroom fishing cottage with an incredible garden backing directly onto the Taw-Torridge estuary. Oaktree Cottage is set in a delightfully private, wooded location. 15 minutes gentle stroll from Instow beach and the lovely pubs and restaurants on the front. The Tarka Trail is accessible in 10 minutes on foot with Bideford and Barnstaple easily accessible by car. We accept one well behaved dog and you will find the beach and all the pubs and restaurants in Instow are equally as dog friendly.
