La casa mejor ubicada del fraccionamiento, con vista al norte, a las montañas, y frente a los jardines de la casa club, en donde se encuentra una palapa con una amplia alberca. Se ha aprovechado esta ubicación para tener la sala y el comedor dispuestos de par en par de cara a los jardines, así como una terraza abierta en el segundo nivel. Al estar situada a lado del campo de golf de Club Santiago, se puede usar el campo y hacer caminatas. Cuenta con aireacondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
