LOCATION: 10 Km from downtown Aracaju; 4.5 Km from Makai Resort; 1.1km from the sea, and 100m from the Sergipe River, in the best location of Atalaia Nova. ADVANTAGES: Quiet place with little circulation of vehicles. Ample garden and tree species in the surrounding area, which give the feeling of being in a farmhouse. Large internal spaces, with good finish and decorating the rich northeastern folk art. The house is all grilled, screened, and with great circulation of the winds. Come and Be Happy here!

The accommodations are simple, but everything was clean and the owners were very helpful with us. The outside of the house is very good. The rooms need to improve a little in terms of comfort, but it's still not bad. Pertinho da Praia. Really a place for those who want to go with family in search of quiet. There are shops close by and at affordable prices. I recommend the place. We were honored to watch the release of turtle cubs at sea as the house is next to a marine life preservation project. ( The project is a little hidden away, initially I thought it was just a condominium, after I found out it was a project and they were releasing the turtles in the sea. Very cool.)

Communication with Viviane was great, house clean and organized. The location is not in aracaju but in a neighboring municipality a few minutes from aracaju, but from the watchman beach is far away, but close to the house there is the beach of the coast. The location of the house was in the listing, it was another lack of attention, for not knowing the place and not looking right, we thought it was a neighborhood in the city of Aracaju, as we lost a lot of time going there. But for those who do not want to visit some places in Aracaju, the bar of the coconut trees is also a very beautiful place and with a beach, the house of Robson and Viviane is very spacious and cozy to stay with family!

i loved the period we stayed at the Denise residence. Quiet place, perfect beach. it felt like home, the residence is ideal for rest. Reginaldo , the local housekeeper is very thoughtful and helpful. everything you need from kitchen utensils you can find. Denise always made herself available, but I did not have anything extra in her residence . i thought it was so affectionate on Denise's side, when I arrived at the residence there was a treat for our afternoon coffee.
