Gloria was a very friendly host, very responsive and flexible. Gloria’s apartment felt like home, my family and I had the opportunity to had our Christmas dinner there and we had a special time there. The apartment is well located, easy to find and move around from there. As we were in the 9th floor there is not much noise which makes Gloria’s place an excellent place for rest. The place is clean and spacious, very comfortable. I would suggest to specify more instructions on the app (like key returns : self check out or where the rubbish needs to be disposed at the end of the stay).however Gloria and the reception staff were very responsive and helpful at all the times. Thanks for having us! If we had the opportunity we will stay at Gloria’s place again.
