The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

Excellent stay. I booked this new cozy, modern place at the last minute, on the plane and the communications were instant. I have stayed with Wynwood for 3 years, travelling in and out of Peru and am I am delighted that they continue to excel in quality and now with 24/7 customer service as they expand. The design is beautiful and relaxing and the bed, sofa, furnishings etc is on the premium side. The kitchen had everything you needed, the apartment has both air conditioning and a heater if needed. It was quiet at night for a good rest. They promptly provided me extra blanket and assisted with additional requests. Wynwood helped me settle in quickly back in Peru and search for other longer stay properties with them. The building has an excellent and comfortable co-work space, gym and pool. The facility management team are very friendly and professional too. Highly recommend.

Wonderful apartment to spend a few days there.

The place is very cozy. You can hear the street noise, but it's very manageable. The area is close to restaurants and places of interest.

The was amazing and the location is perfect. Definitely would recommend it anyone, the place is super clean and Juan was very responsive. The only thing to note is there is no AC in the place, but during the time I was there it was fresh and I did not needed it.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay. The kitchen had all the utensils and was also super clean. The bathrooms were also clean and tidy in terms of the towels that were inside. The rooms 10/10. The area in which the apartment is located is super quiet and has many restaurant options around.

This is a really lovely place in great neighbourhood. A two storages apartment with lovely rooftop terrace and barbecue place on top. Everything is very well equipped and designed so lovely that you feel at home immediately. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe environment, and the sea is not far. Highly recommended! – Only the piano would need some tuning ;)

The stay was impeccable, the layout of the main room with a wide entrance passage and spacious closets that help the privacy of the rest of the rooms. Spacious bathrooms and modern finishes. Giant screen TVs, fast WiFi and spacious rooms. Lighting and security. They always responded to all inquiries in a few minutes. 100% recommended.

I came back to stay with Rosa and Cesar again and despite only staying two nights prior, already I felt so welcomed at their home and celebrated upon my return. Their kindness and warmth is unmatched. As a solo female traveler, it goes such a long way to have that cozy sense of feeling at home with family. They even got to meet my family via FaceTime which felt special and helped my family back home feel at ease. Rosa and I had some fun adventures of our own and Cesar joined us for part of that as well. The value of the stay is incredible, especially with the home cooked meals for a fair price too. Despite being a light sleeper, ear plugs do the trick and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Rosa and Cesar feel like family and I look forward to staying in touch. Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Jorge was always helpful during my stay, and the place was extremely beautiful, identical to the photos! Fully equipped and everything I needed during the period was in the apartment. Even though it was on the ground floor, I was not bothered by the noise from the street. The only two things that were not totally comfortable were the impossibility of opening the curtains, as they faced the street and there was no privacy. In addition, in the corridor next to the apartment there was a light that turned on at the slightest movement, even movements within the space, that is, I could not make any simple movement that the light would turn on and illuminate the whole place.

Nice apartment, great host, friendly building staff. It's a 15 minute walk from the popular parts of Barranco. Third floor, facing a busy street. City bus station very close and convenient. Grocery stores within easy walking distance.
