Mi madrina de 74 años se quedó estos 13 días, y la pasó muy bien. Le llamó sobremanera que a pesar del tránsito fuerte en la avenida , ella podía estar tranquila por las lunes que cancelaban el ruido . Había mucha tranquilidad. El personal del edificio todos fueron amables y José siempre fue solicito a cualquier necesidad. Ir de compras o buscar algún lugar para comer no era nada fácil . Hay muchas opciones y saber que la comisaría está a la siguiente cuadra además del personal de serenazgo lo hace sentir a uno seguro . Definitivamente volvería a este hospedaje .

Amazing apartment to stay at. It’s located in Barranco, which is definitely my favorite neighborhood in Lima. The building’s reception were always available which was nice. Never had any issues during my stay, but it’s nice to have an available reception desk in case anything happens. Pedro Daniel is an amazing host! His responses were incredibly quick. I definitely recommend staying in this apartment when you’re in Lima if you plan on visiting Barranco/Miraflores.

И заезд и проживание , квартира очень понравилась, все необходимое в ней было , чистая, светлая, много шкафов, несколько зон отдыха, полностью соответствовала моим требованиям, я осталась очень довольна. Единственный минус - шумно, под окнами проезжая часть с постоянными пробками, но в Лиме вообще трудно найти тихое место, вдобавок мне сказали, что из-за строительства пешеходного моста транспортная нагрузка возросла. В целом впечатления очень хорошие, с удовольствием остановлюсь там еще. Большое спасибо хозяину 🙏

A clean, peaceful, well supplied beautiful home in the centre of barranco

Great place and location. Barranco was walkable and quick uber rides to Miraflores. Sunsets from the rooftop were amazing. Stayed for 3 weeks and was able to work from apartment with great WiFi.

Nice quiet location with sea view and decent size infinity pool on the roof. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again soon!

My husband, 4 year old son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Miguel's beautiful Higo Wasi. The home is much more beautiful and tastefully done than the photos suggest and there was nothing lacking. It's spacious, very pretty, well appointed and stocked and has a lovely view. The location is great: quiet, safe; 2 min from the park and ocean view; and near to great restaurants and stores. Building is very safe and the doormen were helpful and friendly. Miguel was very communicative and responsive and flexible with our check in and check out times. We actually felt bad that we didn't have more time to enjoy the home! Highly recommend and if we ever find ourselves in Lima, we'll certainly stay here again!

Le logement est spacieux, très agréable et très bien situé, proche des commerces et de la promenade le long de l'océan. Les hôtes se sont montrés très réactifs et accueillants. Malgré le fait que nous ayons eu la malchance d'avoir deux coupures d'eau indépendantes de la volonté de nos hôtes, notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Tula was amazing and very flexible with us because our flight got delayed till 11 at tonight and she was very nice and let us stay until much later than the check out. Recommended for sure

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Appartamento che rispecchia esattamente quanto scritto. Teresa Host reattiva e sempre presente. Vista Oceano, come descritto. Area nei dintorni comoda, per spostarsi camminando o in auto.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

We stayed for a month at the apartment. Location is in the lively neighborhood of Barranco. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed the buildings amenities including shared washers and dryers and work space. Buildings is located at the top of Barranco so easy walk to Miraflores or further into neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Small supermarket nearby and other small shops. Apartment gets good morning light and good air flow. Floor fan available for hot days. Well equipped for cooking. Reliable hot water. Great place to stay for a short or extended visit. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to return on our next visit.

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

This was such a wonderful stay! Although we weren’t able to stay here long, it was perfect for the day, Mabel was very hospitable and communicative and the views were stunning. Would definitely recommend!
