I really like it, great place

Place clean, cater to the needs! The kitchen well equipped with utensils necessary for a good stay... I was not missed, I was not missed, so I love a hot bath, but the room temperature was delicious. Well sanitized and peaceful location. Outside area a delight and very quiet. Subjects: - Could leave a basic barbecue; WIFI , hj is necessary for communication, think fondly... - Shrimp holder or bellows between the bathroom and the bedroom tmb would be a cool improvement! No more, just thank you! Thank you!!!

Everything is very good! We went from 12/28/24 to 12/31/24. Rio Preguiças is in the background, with a wide view of the balcony of the apto for it. There is a bar on the side that goes on foot. The guides search the condominium to go on the tours, we are usually the first to board the location. Spacious apto, we were in 4 people.

It was very good the stay, it's like a house really… had bedding and towel!The place is paid for drinks and food aside. Beautiful setting in the resort.

Just amazing as a place to stay! And especially the owners were very nice and helped us a lot with transportation, going to the desert... we recommend 100%!!

We loved the stay; as we were driving it was ideal because it was inside a condominium and had a private garage. One of the rooms has air conditioning which made all the difference on the hottest nights, Fully equipped kitchen with everything we need to prepare breakfast. Laundry area also very important for washing clothes that come back full of sand. Anyway, we felt at home. Taiane was very helpful, helped us with the reservation and always responded promptly. We love it and highly recommend it.

Extremely spacious house, it perfectly accommodated my family, we were 11 people. Very easy access to the center of Barreirinhas, approximately 5 minutes by car. A special point are the super comfortable bedrooms, beds and pillows, not to mention the whole structure, such as extra towels and sheets, which helps a lot day by day. The barbecue area and pool are the ideal size for family enjoyment. Diego was always attentive and quick in our contacts. Certainly one of the best lodging options for groups of more than 10 people! Super Recommended.

Great experience! The city itself is just a stopover... but CAÚ and Evaldo are very good advisors. Our desert and river getaways went directly through them. This was really convenient. In addition, Caú is present to answer questions and offer his services 👌

The place served us well in the 5 days we stayed, it has a garden with very good kiosk in the front, a super large patio, large balcony with two nets that is very good considering the heat it does there is very refreshing to stay on the balcony. There is a puppy that is in the courtyard but is super docile, without any risk. A Maria and the Chico that received us are always available and are very helpful for everything you need. Around the site there is a market and bakery, but for those who do not mind taking a short walk, it is about 700/800 meters from the centre where there are several restaurants and places to buy handicrafts. The street in the front can be a bit noisy as it is a very busy place, at least on the days we stayed was quite tumultuous. A point I think is important, there are many ants in the house, but there was insecticide in the closet. Overall, we found it a great cost-benefit, we would recommend the location to others.

Wonderful location a few meters from the pier, close to shops, church, restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable and private room.
