No asphalt here, no shop or bar. Here, the sound of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, the clear water, and it's something you won't encounter anywhere else. For lovers of atmospheric places. Clean, spacious and bright studio in a historic Art Nouveau building of the former consulate, with high ceilings and views of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, to our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, iron, and smart TV. Free parking in front of the entrance to the estate. The number of parking spaces is limited.
