House holiday rentals in Bartlett

This home in Bartlett is very spacious and looks like the photos provided. It is very private with plenty of space for a large gathering. Our family of 8 felt right at home, and made use of the gourmet kitchen to prepare many meals. The large dining table was perfect to gather around for eating, games, catching up and laughing. The views were spectacular - especially the sunsets. The beds very comfortable! The king master bedroom is huge, and the other rooms fit the bill perfectly. With 7 adults in our party - the 3 full bathrooms were truly appreciated, as well as 2 sets of washer/dryers to do a few loads mid-week. We used the outdoor pool/hot tub at Attitash a few times, the playground and the walking trail. Unfortunately, our vacation week in June coincided with black fly season, and we all went home with a few welts, despite the bug spray. We went before summer, so North Conway trips were easy, and Diana's Bath was not crowded! We really enjoyed Echo Lake, too.

This rental was so peaceful and relaxing. I stayed with my boyfriend, my friend, and her son. We had a very comfortable sleep and made a great breakfast the next morning. We were delighted to find all we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the games provided by the host. I cannot explain how peaceful and quiet our morning was! It was super clean and organized and the instructions were very clear. Brad the host, was so responsive and reliable. We typically do not pay that much for a night stay though booking last minute, it was all that was left and we are not complaining! Summer would be the best time to visit with all of the provided activities.

Great location and space. The home itself is great for those traveling with extended family. Plenty of bathrooms and bedroom configurations and good shared spaces as well. Not deducting any points because it didn't impact us negatively but the off-site amenities are fairly run down. Everything in the house is brand new and great, the pool / gym down the road shared with Attitash Village needs some updating.

Myself and a group of friends just stayed here for my combined bachelor/bachelorette trip! The house is very clean and has tons of sleeping space and things to do even if you’re just staying at the home! (ping pong, making a fire outside, watching movies, playing games) Tim was an awesome host and gave us a bunch of his personal recommendations for fun dinner and what to do. He answered very quickly and stayed on top of us asking how well we’re liking it etc. I would 100% recommend staying here to a family, friend group or just a happy couple looking to explore!

This mountainside retreat was perfect! Quiet location with lots to do around the area! Came in the spring and it did not disappoint! We had an adults trip this time but we will be back with our children as it’s set up well for that too!!!

Nadia herself makes this place worth booking. We had a last minute change of plans making it tricky for our original date to work. She easily offered for us to come a day early and it worked perfectly. She was quick to reply when I had trouble with the lock, and even when asking about working the AC inside (although we later realized she had all necessary household instruction inside her manual!). We had a great stay and enjoyed storyland with our kids, thank you!

Tom and Lisa were excellent hosts! They were responsive and flexible from the time we booked until checkout. The home is located in a perfect area close to Attitash, yet the neighborhood is surrounded in a peaceful setting. Tom and Lisa provided all the amenities you may need after a long day enjoying all the area has to offer. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future and would highly recommend their home!

One of my best experiences at Airbnb. Sunset from the patio was amazing. Overall a good family experience. Will come back in fall!

Rene's place was perfect for us. Neat, clean, convenient and a walkable distance to family we were visiting. Rene was a top-notch host. We will book this place again.

We had a wonderful long weekend skiing with friends. The house has everything we needed to cook meals and a great space for us to hang out and play board games in the basement. It snowed 3-4” one night and the driveway was plowed for us by 9am the next morning. The hosts gave great information.

We were a yearly trip of 9 women who go away every year. This home was everything we could have asked for! High end appliances, linens and furniture. The surroundings are beautiful, and the basement is so fun!

This place was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the mountains. We had just come from a negative experience staying in Canada, so it was a huge relief to arrive and see that this place is actually accurately described and matches the listing! We traveled as a family of five, and my three kids loved having their own spaces to sleep as well as hanging out together in the living room. A few elements of this condo are a bit dated (and the laundry machines are the most ancient I’ve seen in quite a while—but we used them and they work just fine!!), but the owners have remodeled many areas of the interior recently so that everything appears clean, new and appealing. They did a great job with the decorating. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and responsive/easy to contact when we had a question shortly after arrival. We would be very happy to stay here again if we travel to North Conway again in future!

We fell in love with the cozy vibe at Jennifer's home. The home was stocked with every item a family would need down to extra toothbrushes and skin care. Jennifer was extremely kind and accommodating and answered any/all questions quickly. We lost power due to a strong wind storm and she provided information from the power company so we knew when to expect power back. Restaurants within 3-4 minutes of the house and 15 min to downtown North Conway. Would recommend this house to anyone and would love to come back!

Amorette accommodated us very last minute and made the process seamless. This space is clean, beautiful and everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend as a group of friends with small children. She has truly thought of every detail and this made our time there effortless! Did I mention the beds were more comfortable than my own at home? Amorette was so responsive and welcoming, I can’t rate this experience highly enough.

If you want gorgeous views, chefs kitchen, amazing master sanctuary, and a hot tub with a view to die for… look no further. We easily fit 2 families (total of 7 people) with room to spare. We had tons of games, and everything you could need in the house was provided. TONS of excess storage. If you travel like us, you like a home for all of your stuff- and there was plenty! The mattresses were also amazingly comfortable. Hot tub, grill, fire pit and indoor seating ALL came with the most gorgeous Mountain View’s. The only thing I wish I’d know ahead of time, was that there is not really useable yard space, the deck is very high (so if you’re squeamish little kids-beware of that), and the driveway was gravel so not useable for kids scooters. Given how unbelievably beautiful and well kept everything was, my only disappointment was the landscaping, which may be because it was the start of the season, but certainly didn’t affect our stay! I would hands down come here every time we visit NH!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Sheryl worked hard to make sure that we had all the essential items for our visit, which made traveling so much more pleasant. I highly recommend that you stay with Sheryl at her cozy cabin!

Lovely stay! The home was beautiful, spacious and located in a perfect place surrounded by all the White Mountains have to offer. Mountain Views were amazing and having the garage during a snow storm was providential. Host was responsive and proactive. Would recommend and would stay again!

It was clean and comfortable. It was a girl's weekend away. We each had our own room and all stayed they slept well. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Cozy retreat!

This was perfect for our multi-family stay. Plenty of space and great kitchen for cooking together. We had a great time, and Lian was responsive and helpful. If we come to the area again we’ll definitely return here!

Absolutely beautiful cottage, we felt right at home. The kitchen and glass window living room was absolutely beautiful. The Airbnb has all the amenities you would need for your getaway. Easy access to all tourist destinations, felt like we didn’t have enough time to tackle everything. Michael was very responsive and helpful during our stay. 10/10 recommend!! Will definitely be back!!!!

This is an awesome home. It's extremely clean and has everything you need for a getaway. The rooms are very spacious (especially the two bathrooms) and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook. The floor to ceiling windows behind the kitchen table were a great addition and provide a great view to the back deck overlooking the woods. Prime location! 5 minutes to Story Land and a short drive to great ski mountains, hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and more. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. We hope to return again very soon!

The Pancake House was the perfect getaway! Peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, and charming! The house is better than the photos can show, and offered plenty of space for fun and relaxation. We enjoy evenings by the fire after enjoying the sunset on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in New Hampshire. It was me, my parents, my husband, and our kids—and the space felt perfect for all of us. The house was very clean, cozy, and had a warm, homey feeling that made us feel completely at ease, like we were in our own home. Everything we needed was there, which made settling in so easy. The location was absolutely amazing—everything we wanted to do was just a five to ten minute drive away. Whether it was exploring, dining, or just relaxing, it was all super convenient. You can tell the hosts really put thought into making this a welcoming and comfortable space. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

You couldn’t ask for better hosts! Everything we needed was there and it was actually better than listed! The beds that we thought were going to be twins were doubles, so we were super comfy! The kitchen table was the perfect place for our two families to gather together and enjoyed our time by the wood burning stove. There is SO much to do in the area! I highly recommend this property!
