The house was even better than described! Breathtaking golf course view and wonderful amenities that keep even the most busy-bodied person entertained! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in or near Memphis!

We spent two months at Nhu’s place - it was that good! We absolutely loved the house and the amenities and the convenience of being close to Memphis and yet being in a perfect and calm and green and safe community. This place is wonderful whether for a family getaway or graduation. We highly recommend. Nhu is a fantastic host!

Adam communicated promptly from day one and was professional and friendly ! The check in details were clear and the check in was easy! the house was as described in the listing ! Very fun and lots to do all in one house ! Fun for the whole family of all ages !

Julia was a great host. Good at checking in and quick with responding. The house was lovely, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful place. We loved house spacious it was and absolutely loved the pool with the amazing lake views. the hosts were very responsive. only complaint, the neighbors complained we were being too loud when my kids played, In the pool, and during the day. If it wasn't for the neighbors, we would have an amazing stay!

As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! My first time every using this platform vs booking a standard hotel and I must say Rachida made the process worth it from start to finish . I literally felt at home , comfortable, safe - u name it this property is amazing. The decor, cleanliness-everything. I needed a quick getaway from work life and this place definitely perfect to rest and within good distance to the highway to explore as a tourist . Quiet, spacious - I will definitely book again if I visit the area .

The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

Stephanie was an amazing hostess. She was very helpful and friendly in her communication and was flexible with our check in time. The house was perfect for us and was a convenient location for our needs in town. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and she even had a snack basket on the counter with goodies and sparkling water. We will definitely be back on our next visit in town.

This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Sandra's place, and we thoroughly enjoyed it again! Things we enjoy about it; - the children love the pool! - the enclosed back yard, it's a great place to turn the children loose after a day at the Zoo! - really like how we can pull into the carport and close the garage door -the house is great for a family our size (6 children) all the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and large dining table we can all fit around to eat! If you are looking for a place to stay with your family, this is a great place!

This House was awesome!!! I spent my birthday weekend here with my girlfriends for a girls trip. Super clean and centrally located!! The host Bunnie was very responsive when I had questions about the check in process. Great Stay!!!

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful definitely worth the stay

The property was just as described. It was peaceful and we felt safe. We had a issue with the air conditioner and they fixed it before we returned the evening that I had notified them. Very responsive and great people. I would love to stay there again next year when I return to the area.

Mekail’s property was the perfect spot for me. It’s centrally located to downtown and in the heart of midtown. The property provided every kitchen tool necessary to prepare meals and even provided coffee and charcoal for the grill which we used. Mekail was very responsive for any questions. I look forward to returning to her property.

We had an amazing trip to Memphis thanks to this Airbnb and Sarah! The place is so cute and in a great location, we were 10 minutes to downtown and Graceland! Sarah was so kind and friendly. She even bought us donuts on our first morning as a surprise!! She offered so many different guides to help us find restaurants and things to do. The house was clean, cute, and in a great location. The pool is AWESOME!! This is a definite must stay in Memphis! This is the best air bnb I’ve ever stayed in, definitely recommend staying here if you’re headed to Memphis!

This home in Lakeland was perfect for my friends and I as we flew in for a wedding nearby. The home was stacked with everything we needed: multiple bathrooms, a washer/dryer, dishes, and soap/shampoo. If you’re in town and it’s available BOOK IT! So clean cozy n comfy. So much thought into detail I loved it. We were in town for a wedding and not too far from venue so this is a great spot. Beds comfy the space is just enough for us. I would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone without a doubt. Thank you again for sharing your home and opening it up for us to enjoy. My family is so grateful for Karen and her home!! It was the perfect location for our family if 5 generations to meet up from all over the nation to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday! The house was designed well to accomodate all the fun-the kitchen was WELL appointed with everything our private chef needed to prepare food for what seemed like 1000 guests in and out for 3 days!! Every cooking utensil you can think of was available. The bedrooms were well stocked with extra bedding, air mattresses, mattress and rollaway beds-there is just no way to explain all this home provided!! I e send a HUGE thank you for everything to Mrs Karen for a wonderful to experience!
