Close to the main companies in the region and amenities such as supermarkets, bakeries, banks, pharmacies and shopping centers. Next to Praça Oiapoque where the charming Igreja da Gruta is located. Leisure structure (swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court). High-speed fiber Wi-Fi in the apartment. A parking space without demarcation.
