Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Barwon Heads

Our family were very happy with venue. Our 9 grandchildren had plenty of space to play in and they had plenty of activities there to occupy them. We adults had our own space for meals and catching up. The coffee machine was a great hit too. We highly recommend this house for families.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others! Place was very clean, comfy and thought of little things- ie phone chargers and shopping bags! Spa was lovely and place was very quiet and safe! We will be back!

We loved our stay here! Was so practical to have all the family stay together with more than enough room with the way the house is set out. Super close to local shops which made it easy to get groceries and go out to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this well presented house. Easy access and comfortable furnishings. Really enjoyed the use of the tastefully landscaped hot tub - it was really classy. The bookabreak team were very attentive and helped us out with a routine little issue which we really appreciated and gave us a generous late check out. Thanks

My partner and I booked this place for our anniversary and fell in love with how peaceful and lovely it was to stay here! We enjoyed that everything was pretty much in walkable distance, and the restaurants in the area were great! The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa though as the weather was much too cold for the beach. The host was also very friendly and responsive when needed - we would love to stay at this place again in future. 10/10.

Enjoyed our stay generally pretty clean,the dishwasher was intermittent,the spa pillows were unsatisfactory as they would not stay fitted .

We had a fantastic stay! Communication was prompt and helpful, with quick responses to all our queries. The team was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in which made a big difference. The property was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and very family-friendly. A big shout-out to Ayn, Jan, Kim, and the rest of the team for making our stay so pleasant. We’ll definitely consider this or other properties hosted by them for future trips. Highly recommended!

This was an exceptional Airbnb stay. It felt like Ben had written the manual on how to be the perfect host. The attention to detail was outstanding—from phone chargers on both sides of every bed, to a kitchen equipped with every utensil and high-quality tool you could need. The spa was ready to go upon arrival, and there was plenty of timber provided for the pizza oven. Fantastic job, Ben—we’d definitely stay again!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a luxury escape this it certainly it! A modern home which has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The master suite has the most comfortable bed and an ensuite which simply must be seen to be believed. The pool and spa were great, love the temperature of the spa for cool days and evenings.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality. Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

Beautiful location, and a gorgeous cabin. Perks included the outdoor spa bath, beautiful fireplace and quiet. Stars at night were lovely, the cabin was clean and hosts friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return and recommend.

Such a fab little cabin and location! Everything you need for a relaxing stay and the property itself is so much fun for kids (and adults)! Our kids absolutely loved the basketball court, the trampoline and swimming pool & spa. Peter was very friendly and switched on the hot tub for me. The grounds and cabin itself are kept really well. The beds are comfy, the split ac/heater works quickly and the kitchen has all the latest appliances to ensure you have an easy stay. Would definitely recommend and return!

We had a wonderful few days in the cottage at donkey run farm. despite all the rain we had a great time meeting the donkeys, checking out the food forest and enjoying the wintery beach. Denise and Greg were the ultimate hosts - helpful and so lovely with our kids. We really appreciated their extra little touches! thanks so much!!

We were looking for an amazing place to stay for our weekend trip and found it completely exceeded our expectations. The cottage comes with everything you need for a great getaway, from the fabulous beach only a short walk or the yummy cafe just down the road along with everything inside even some beautiful bread and jams. The bed was really warm and comfortable even coming with electric blankets if you needed some added warmth. We had the best two nights sleep we had in ages. Don’t miss a chance to stay at this great hideaway.

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.
