Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Basilicata

Very clean and quiet apartment, faithful to the photos, in a quiet area overlooking a small park. Excellent location for exploring the city, in a few minutes you can reach the center with all its beauties (Swabian Castle, Basilica of San Nicola, Cathedral, Teatro Margherita, Teatro Petruzzelli, Palazzo Mincuzzi, via Sparano and the thousand alleys of Bari Vecchia). Free parking right outside the house, convenient for those arriving by car. Nearby, you'll find a covered market brimming with traditional local products. Gaetano and Mara welcomed us in person and we immediately felt at home. Their gastronomic advice was perfect: do not miss MastroCiccio (panini with octopus), Panificio Santa Rita, Rosticceria Dirello (panzerotti of all flavors), Martinelli (panini with fresh fish) and Martinucci Laboratory (cream and black cherry, lemon and almond, cereal and apple pasticciotti). Unfortunately, the vacation was short, but we fell in love with Bari and will definitely return. Highly recommended experience!

Small but fully renovated and functional apartment with everything you need. Very convenient parking in front and very convenient cafe for check-in. Not very comfortable in the center but if you want to walk in 20 minutes you can reach old Bari.

A beautiful apartment with an even more stunning rooftop terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of Bari’s Old Town. It’s especially convenient if you plan to explore Apulia by car, as it has easy access to major highways that connect to the rest of southern Italy. Stefan was a great host and always responded quickly to our messages.

Everything is perfect and as shown in the photos and description. Terrazza Appia is a recently renovated, quiet, clean and complete with all services. Carlo is a kind and always available host, ready to meet every need and provide advice in the area. Great experience! If you are looking for a place in Potenza, I highly recommend it.

It is the ancient city of Matera, which is so peaceful and beautiful. In particular, the host Adriana was kind and active, giving me a lot of information, so it was a happy trip. The best host, Adriana, thank you.

we were guests only two days, but we were very welcomed by the host. right next to the apartment there is a very nice park, across the street a sensational restaurant (Napoli bar) and it is very close to the old town. great place

What can I say, great experience and Antonio and Giusy are very helpful! Also flexible on checkout, having allowed us the opportunity to leave for an hour later. Matteo 's place was perfect quiet clean and spacious the supermarket is close by and also a coffee shop. also a short drive to the beach. The gas cooker is not an auto ignition so make sure you have a lighter of some kind with you. once we got a that sorted and got the gas going for a cup of tea we were happy. We thoroughly recommend Matteo's place easy to find and access

A place surrounded by the unspoiled nature of the pollen, a beautiful house for those who want relaxation and tranquility, about a half hour by car but a nice place to relax and regenerate, Enza was super welcoming and kind, upon arrival she made us find a delicious cake!!!! highly recommended!!!!

Staying at Maddalena's was great, we felt welcomed and pampered. Very tidy and very clean house in a strategic position both to live the life of Matera and to visit the stones and various attractions of the place. Maddalena with her directions was valuable, allowing us to experience a stay full of relaxation, good food and culture. We will definitely be back!

16’ from the train station and about 20’ from the old town, the apartment looks like in the pictures, very spacious for 4 people and a baby to stay in. Within less time walking you can find supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good too. The kitchen suffice for easier preparations. Andrea was always very responsive and managed for us to check in a bit earlier, which made us enjoy Bari even more. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need, the hosts even took us a parking space, knowing that we are traveling by car, it was very pleasant!) and in general were very friendly and welcoming.

Location is very convenient, it is perfect for short trip stay! The plus of the accommodation was self check-in, as we had very late flight. Thank you for hosting us!
