The apt is newly built and never been occupied. Intended only for guest home stay. It’s a 3 storey bldg with parking space in a quiet neighborhood. It’s within Dagupan City and 3-5 mins drive to city proper, Jollibee and SM Mall. Near Higher Educational Institution-PIMSAT Colleges. 5 mins walk to 7 Eleven and around 50 mtrs away fr the highway where public transport by bus or local jeepneys are available.

Okay naman yung place, and accommadating yung host. The only downside, the water is always weak at the top of the cr especially in the morning and the showers too, but it's about 5pm to 7am. But overall it's okay. 5 stars to me because they're super accommadating! 😊

Perfect Stay, Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience staying at Gutierrez Apartment's! The apartment was just as described and even better in person. It was [clean, cozy, spacious], and the location was perfect—close to the wedding that we are to attend. The [bed, living space, bathroom, etc.] was very comfortable, and it really felt like a home away from home. John was an excellent host—very responsive and welcoming. A very good place for us. Its near the highway but quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Most importantly, we were able to park our bicycles in a safe place within the property.

The place was good for relaxation to commune with nature. There was a pool for a leisurely dip. It was like a home away from home. The staff were all helpful and honest. I left my phone in their counter before we left and the staff kept it. Fernando was kind and accommodating to arrange the transfer of my phone all the way to Quezon City when I called him. I will surely return to his place when I go to the north. We had a very good stay at Fernando's place!
