Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

The little house in the woods is a single bedroom with the bathroom outside, about 30 m away. It is located in the Li Licciuleddi farmhouse a few meters from the main house, where I and other guests stay. It is immersed in a holm oak forest and surrounded by nature. Ideal for those looking for a simple and quiet place. From the farmhouse, you can reach the beaches on the west side in 20 minutes (Rena Majore, Rena di Matteu, Vignola...) and most of the beaches of Gallura in 30 minutes. IUN R6135

In the farmhouse you can enjoy the tranquility of country life, but in a very short time you can go from the beach life of Isola dei Gabbiani, 5 minutes away by car, to the tranquility of the many beaches that are located along the coast from Santa Teresa to Cannigione. Palau is a 10-minute drive away, from here you can set off on excursions to the Archipelago of La Maddalena and Corsica. Small country house in northern Sardinia

We rent our small but stylish guest house in the north of Sardinia in the middle of the beautiful Gallura, far from the tourist bustle of the coastal cities. Thanks to our central location, both the dream beaches of the west coast such as Rena Majore or Naracu Nieddu as well as the magnificent beaches in the north and northeast are within approx. 20-25 minutes by car. The top surf spot of Porto Pollo is about 20 minutes, and the Costa Smeralda in about 30 minutes.

Villa Tomaso is located on the outskirts of Arzachena, in northern Sardinia; it is a relaxing holiday home with a mountain view, away from tourists. The villa (150 m²) consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and a satellite television.
