Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Basse-Terre Island

Great time, nice quiet and relaxing place.

We had a great time. The cottage is very well equipped, spacious, clean and well located for discovering the south of lowland. The pool with sea view is exceptional. Carol and Jean Pierre live upstairs but remain very discreet and available if needed.

We only spent 4 nights in our kaz, but what a great time. Sulyanise welcomed us with great sweetness and kindness, we discovered together the fertilization of vanilla and so many other stories of the island. A real enchanted parenthesis, thank you to her and Philippe.

Stessy is a very responsive and caring host. Very easy communication Ti punch, bouquet of flowers, bottle of fresh water and enough to start the first breakfast. Accommodation geographically well placed to visit Basse Terre and Pointe a Pitre area.

We had an unforgettable stay at Clémentine's house, a real little slice of paradise nestled in the heart of Guadeloupe. The terrace with a pool and the view of the tropical vegetation are simply magical, it's a haven of peace. The decoration, both typical of the islands and modern, gives the house a warm and exotic atmosphere. The location is perfect, only a few minutes drive from Sainte-Anne and the village, making it easy to enjoy the local beaches and markets! Clémentine was adorable, always available and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place for a couple's vacation and to show my spouse the island of my childhood. Honestly it was the most beautiful AirBnb we rented all destinations together. Very clean and all amenities! The welcome basket was much appreciated! In short, a memorable stay! We really recommend everything!

Beautiful house —just as described! — with an amazingly smart layout. Pristine and fully-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms and an awesome patio/garden. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine watching the ocean and surrounded by all sorts of tropical vegetation while the kids play in the pool :) It’s also conveniently located near beautiful beaches, between two cute towns and close to supermarkets and everything you might need during your stay. Stephanie was kind and helpful and everything was perfect. This is my favorite house in Guadeloupe and I’ll definitely be back!

The amazing original concept of the cabin, although the weather was worse, we enjoyed staying in touch with nature. Sandra and Sébastien are very kind and communicative. Shops, restaurants, beaches, and other activities are within driving distance! We recommend it to everyone. :-)

Great place and hosts

A home full of charm and a more than warm welcome. It was a pleasure to spend our nights at Jeannick and Roland's. The accommodation has everything you need to have a pleasant stay. You will feel welcome and can enjoy being in an active city with the beach a few minutes away while enjoying a quiet and natural setting. The perfect combo!

We had a great stay at Laurence's. The accommodation was perfect (even better than in the photos, it is spacious) all the necessary comforts were present (great fitted and equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). What struck us most was Laurence's kindness and her good advice. We really enjoyed chatting with her. Laurence lent us masks and snorkels because we didn't have any. This allowed us to have a very nice snorkeling experience. His hospitality makes all the difference with all the Airbnbs we've done before. Thanks again for hosting us, we'll be back with great pleasure!

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

What to say about this exceptional accommodation, extremely well located on the island. We spent 5 unforgettable days, with all the necessities and comfort to feel very good. The accommodation is therefore of impeccable quality, no negative reviews to be made. But to sublimate everything, Beatrice and Paul are extremely kind, welcoming, friendly and very responsive hosts. They did everything to ensure that we had an exceptional stay. Welcome aperitif, breakfast dropped off on Sundays, direct answers to our questions. They are extremely kind, know how to be present but also discreet and seem to adapt well to the needs of their tenants. We loved sharing a few moments with them! We would recommend it without hesitation, 100%. If there is availability, don't ask yourself more questions, this is this place for you.

Clean and nice accommodation, I would recommend it.

From our arrival we were captivated by the superb view, even better than in the photos. The apartment is well-equipped, close to a private beach with easy access and a nice restaurant. The location is ideal in a secure residence to visit Grand Terre and Pointe des Châteaux but less suitable for Basse Terre (logical according to what you prioritize) Unfortunately, we experienced several consecutive days of total water outages (a recurring issue in Saint Francis, especially during heavy rains). The accommodation had a non-potable water reserve in jerry cans for the toilets, so we had to supply ourselves with drinking water, but the owner was willing to take care of it. This situation tarnished the stay, but not because of the owner, of course, but because of the local water distribution management structure. Overall, a nice apartment with nice amenities and suitable for visiting Grande Terre.

Axelle was charming, pleasant and helpful. She made every effort to communicate with us english speakers. She spoke english well but not perfectly....we managed fine with our limited french and much graciousness on both sides. We were charmed by the area....many beautiful beaches...we went to the maison de cocoa , and into the rainforest. The accomodations were basic but comfortable...we had everything we needed. We took advantage of her offer to provide our first dinner...chicken colombe...a typical creole dish...yummy. We would be happy to return here!

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

I loved my stay in Guadeloupe and the quality of the accommodation contributes a lot. There are many qualities, but I will highlight the magnificent view, the calm and the immediate proximity of a small friendly beach. I gladly recommend. A big thank you to Yannick in charge of the reception.

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. The host was a great help and very responsive when we needed it. In short, a lovely stay!

Chantal was a great host always available to help us. Her apartment was super clean with all the amenities, wonderful kitchen and a nice terrace. Close to St. Anna Beach and to the supermarket, bakery and restaurants.

Very welcoming and accommodating host to pick me up and find solutions for a person like me without a car. Very nice accommodation, faithful to the description, very well equipped, nothing is missing, the bedding is good, there is air conditioning and everything to spend a pleasant stay (beach chair, deckchair...). I highly recommend it, very good value for money.

We had a great time in Evelyne and Jean's apartment. Sébastien welcomed us super friendly and was always available for all questions. A big thank you to Evelyne and Jean for the many recommendations for activities and restaurants, we felt very welcome. The studio was very clean and cozy and the best thing is of course the view of the sea from the beautiful terrace. The nearest beach is only 3 minutes away on foot. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back!
