Excellent welcome from Michele. The house is a very well furnished traditional Corsican house, with a very nice little garden. Beautiful cherry tree that we enjoyed;-) All this in the tranquility of the Corsican mountains, far from the hustle and bustle of the coast. And the house is very easy to find, which is not always the case around here.

An excellent property for nature lovers. The sea is not very far away either. Sandra's accommodation is very functional, nothing is missing. The village is full of charm and Sandra is very attentive to her guests with beautiful intentions, which is increasingly rare. An ideal rental.

Well-located rental in a quiet area but close to Propriano where you can find all the amenities for shopping, seaside hikes, beaches and the mountains max. 1 hour away. The house is well laid out inside the property where there is also the owners' house and another rental a little higher, no opposite with the terrace and the property is large enough not to get in the way. So, a great vacation in May, when life is good in Corsica!

If you like it a little off the beaten track, this is the place for you. Great accommodation, fully cozy, the pool was clean. Like everything else. To get there, you drive from the main road up a small mountain road about 6 km. Nevertheless, Porto Vecchio or Bonifazio are very easy to reach. You definitely need a car. We loved it. A small note, fly screens would be good.

We had a great time at the villa. The villa has beautiful views and perfect comfort, the pool is also superb. The place is a little isolated from everything but it's really not a concern. Nick and Constance were very helpful both with their availability and recommendations and with their flexibility on check-in time, we greatly appreciated and thanked them warmly.

The house is located in a very nice place. There was a good layer of posidonia leaves on the beach (at least ~50cm), but actually, it does not bother swimming and it is not unpleasant, neither to the foot, nor to the nose. At 30m on the right of the beach, there is much less deposit, and it is a beautiful beach of fine sand with driftwood. It's an old house, single glazing and vintage bathroom from the 70s, but it's very well equipped and very pleasant to live in. We would totally recommend!

Grave with Pascal's detailed explanations, the accommodation is easy to find. The landscape around the house is just beautiful. The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or enjoy the pool a little lower facing this incredible environment. Inside, there's everything you need. Pascal's welcome is very warm and his communication perfect. A little corner of paradise where we would gladly settle!

The place itself is wonderful and reasonably priced, and communication with the host was smooth at first. But for some reason, she decided to pick a fight at the very end of our stay about a trivial misunderstanding (about the exact place to leave the garbage bags) that she could've avoided by providing actual instructions in the house rules (there weren't any). That left a bad aftertaste.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is impeccably equipped — nothing is missing at all. The hosts took care to ensure that we were fully satisfied, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second. The view is one of my top 5 for life: breathtaking nature, accompanied by the soothing song of birds. Book now, before someone else does

The communication with Marine and the welcome from Virginie were remarkable. Marine had sent us all the necessary documents before the stay and always responded quickly and efficiently. Upon our arrival, Virginie's reception was very friendly, pleasant and her explanations complete. Throughout the stay Virginie was available and extremely kind. I highly recommend his grocery store in the village of Piana (Castellani). The products are excellent (cold cuts, cheese, condiments, etc.). And what can I say about the Villa and its magical location. A breathtaking view of the gulf and a magnificent infinity pool gave a unique setting to this stay. The house is carefully decorated and very tasteful. Everything in this villa is conducive to well-being. Thank you both for this timeless moment.

I had an absolutely wonderful week in this beautiful villa! The setting is exceptional: the 270° view is simply breathtaking, a true haven of peace. The house is decorated with great taste, very well-equipped, and remarkably comfortable. Special mention for the heated pool, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and communication was smooth, warm and very attentive. A huge thank you to Karen, who is a very beautiful, caring and available person. You can feel that she puts her heart into offering an unforgettable experience to her guests. I recommend this address with my eyes closed and I sincerely hope to return soon. This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Exceptional villa facing the Gulf of Porto-Vecchio! Waking up facing the sea in this context is just magical! A sleek and very functional house! We were 13 adults without feeling like we were on top of each other, on the contrary, it is even bigger than it may appear in the photos. Swimming pool, field below for playing soccer and a petanque court + private access to the sea, great! In terms of equipment, everything is well thought out, a storage room with a second fridge and spaces that allow you to relax in the patio, both inside and outside! The large retractable bay windows, once opened, offer a huge living room. We had a great time for a little over 4 days, ideally located near Porto-Vecchio and 30 minutes from the airport, what more could you ask for. I of course recommend this rental where Cédric was able to respond proactively to the few questions we had! TOP

With spectacular coastal and mountain views, a fantastic heated pool and lovely outdoor areas offering both sun and shade, relaxation and activity (table tennis, jacuzzi, mini golf, pool table plus children’s games) our family of 10 have enjoyed the perfect holiday here. The outdoor kitchen, close to the pool, provides an ideal social space with a big table and amazing views. It was easy to stay and relax at the villa but worth heading out to explore the beautiful local area, Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio and many beautiful beaches along the coast. Our hosts Giulia and her husband were both really friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had - thank you.
