My family loved it! The beach is nice. Mr. Hans’ place is peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. Mr. Hans is a great host. He ensured that we can check in smoothly in the residence and in the beach club. He is also very responsive. The staff are friendly and Ms. Maricel, the caretaker is kind, friendly and very responsive too!

Kay is very responsive and easy to talk to. The transaction is smooth and clear. I would recommend her place if you’re around the Subic area.

Anvaya Beach Club never disappoints! We come here every year and the club is still well-maintained and peaceful. As for accommodation, we were 4 adults and 4 kids during our stay. We all felt comfortable. We were able to get a good night sleep. It was clean and big for our family of 8. Complete amenities. Water heater and wifi were all working. The host was very responsive and accommodating especially for minor requests. Highly recommendable! Thank you, Ms. Raquel and to your team as well!

We had a great time at Hans place. Guards were well informed of our visit and Marcicel the caretaker was there to help us out with the luggage exactly when we got there. The place was clean and the place was well maintained. Beds and pillows was very comfortable (and I’m hard to please). I rarely have a great sleep away from our home but I had a great good night sleep for both nights we stayed. Internet was good and Smart TV outside was amazing for us to watch. Would have been great if the TVs on the bedrooms was smart TV as well but it was a blessing in disguise as we spent more time together as a family in the living room. Overall, we had a great time at Han’s place and they really made sure we had a great experience and would love to comeback!

Pros/ Best experiences: This is our second stay at one of Raquel’s units. We loved staying here for our trip! It was perfect for our big family group: spacious and kid-friendly. With the condo stay you can arrange access to the Beach Club; we loved our day trip there! Definitely recommend this and will come back. We loved that the unit has a complete kitchen and that they allowed us to prepare meals for our family. Tip for the kitchen: Bring your ingredients pre-prepped already for easier cooking, electric stove takes a while to heat up. Ask for extra floor mats to clean up floor spills near the sink. Read all the reminders from the host, they cover usually everything you need to know. But here are some other tips: Beach club has water stations for your tumblers/ jugs. You can rent towels at the beach club Beach showers have shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

The place is super cozy and pet-friendly, which made our stay so relaxing. We actually overslept because it was so comfortable and ended up extending for a few hours! The pillows and bed were incredibly soft and comfy—definitely 5 stars for those. The location is also super convenient since it’s close to the plaza and SM Bataan. The host was very easy to deal with, and the self-check-in process was a breeze. Overall, such a great experience—5/5!

Our family enjoyed our stay in your place. Location wise it is near Duty Free and several dining options. The place is very quiet and peaceful. Allowed the family to relax and swim in the morning. Will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb condo unit in Anvaya Cove with our family and friends. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and it offered good-class amenities that made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view—absolutely breathtaking and the perfect way to end each day. The host was also accommodating and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and the resort amenities. We enjoyed the infinity pool, beach activities, and the scenic views. The place was peaceful, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. What made it even better was the convenience—there were restaurants and shops nearby, and the shuttle services around the resort were a big plus. Definitely worth the trip, and we’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beach getaway that combines comfort, nature, and fun!

The place really matched its description. The place is cozy and big enough for a family. I also like its location coz its near the aquafun. They were also very approachable and responsive to our needs.

It was a very nice place to stay in. Unit is comfortable with more than enough amenities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. Comfort room had heated toilet seats and a bath tub. Kitchen has a working microwave/oven. Built in water purifier for drinking available. Items such as rice cooker, hair dryer, and oil/salt/pepper had to be requested but were provided. My family had a very good time in this place.
