Villa holiday rentals in Batam Island

My son and I spent 6 nights at the villa, we enjoyed our stay very much. Very peaceful setting. The host and housekeeper were very responsive and helpful. Convenient location to make a day trip to Singapore. We went up to Turi beach for most of our meals, walkable or easy to get a Grab. Yes there were mosquitoes but I just went prepared with repellent and and antihistamines. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Great house in the peaceful Nongsa village, clean, good communication and service, all amenities available. Thank you for a great family stay, will definitely go back!

We much enjoyed our stay. The villa was nice, well-furnished, spacious, and comfortable. it is the best place to go whenever you want to relax in a tropical resort with an authentic flavour. Is is only 45 minutes by boat from Singapore. Commincaton with Oliver was very kind and easy. We plan to come back again!

Great place! Recommended for away of the city

Great place for big family gatherings with plenty of amentities available in the house to entertain different age groups. The pool table, huge karaoke lounge and the arcade gaming machine were indeed the hot favorites among the family not to mention the super big and spacious bathroom with bathtub! Host were responsive and location is super easy to get to everywhere. thumbs up.

We had an incredible stay at Gran Estancia! The property was immaculate, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that provided plenty of comfort for our family. The attention to detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location—made our experience truly memorable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved the private pool and the fairy lights. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Their proactive communication was a fantastic touch. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for throughout. We would highly recommend Gran Estancia to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

Have a pleasant stay this villa. Can acomodate large group. Swimming pool was awesome. Kids love it so much. The facilities was amazing.. pool table waa cool add. Surely will come again next time for fam gath. Thanks for the host for responsive feedback.

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

Please take some time to read my long review! We had a really enjoyable stay at Budi’s place! The home was clean, cozy, and well-kept, and the beds were comfortable, perfect for our family trip. We especially appreciated how responsive and helpful Budi’s was whenever we had a question or ran into a small issue. Even though there were a few hiccups, everything was handled quickly and smoothly, which made us feel well taken care of. The house had a nice layout that worked well for our group. It was great having two levels for a bit of space and privacy. The location was also great, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay again in the future. Thanks again for everything!☺️

I had a great stay with my family. Overall was very satisfying. Very good and relaxing ambience. The rooms and toilets are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious to use. If there is a room for improvement is the maintenance. Home is very classic with traditional vibe so it would be a waste if it is not maintain well. We are wishing to come and having a stay again in future. Host and En Azam are very helpful. They will guide you on anything, including the stay, the interesting place nearby, always at your convenience. I really recommend this place for a large group of stay because of the spacious home, but small group will also enjoy the stay peacefully 😁

The private swimming pool was the highlight of our trip—as it kept the kids engaged and entertained on an extremely hot summer day, perfect for a refreshing dip, The pool table and foosball table kept everyone else entertained for hours, adding a fun and competitive spirit to our stay. Whether we were lounging by the living room and challenging each other in games, or simply unwinding in the spacious living area, every moment was special. The villa is an absolute oasis of luxury, ideal for families or friends looking for an exceptional getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!!
