Had a great stay here. All facilities (aircon, kitchen, washing machine) worked fine. Rooms and bed are comfortable. Located in private housing complex with peaceful surrounding. Easy to get around with online transport.

Even though the listing is new, the host did an excellent job making everything comfortable and well-arranged. He was very proactive and communicated clearly and responded to all our queries quickly. He has suggested some places to explore as well. We felt well taken care of throughout the stay.

We had an amazing stay here, and our host was available 24/7. The location was great, and we even spotted some rare animals nearby like squirrels and otters. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, so I recommend always remembering to close the door whenever necessary.

The van is in a very convenient location. Close to the MRT. Lorraine was very quick to respond. What we didn't like ,was that the master bedroom smelled of mold. It was very humid. We wanted to sleep with the door open because of the smell, but when you open it in the opposite block there is something that makes noise 24/7 and is very annoying. My husband is involved in construction and noticed that there is not enough ventilation that's why it happens like this. It's not the owners' fault but the builders'. We should have chosen the mirrored container, it was quieter there. Despite everything we had a wonderful vacation.

Location was private and slightly hard to locate when using Grab, especially at night but definitely not a problem at all. Place was very breezy at night (perfect for chilling at the balcony or late night walks). I definitely recommend coming here especially with a big group! Mahjong table, billiards, karaoke & speakers were all available. Will come back here next time!

Host very friendly and helpful. Unit specios and clean. Local shop and restaurant in walking distant. Blanket and towel smell good. Unit in guarded area so feel safe. Swiming pool clean and big.

The room is as shown in the photos. It's a very neat room with lots of drawers to keep your things away. Easy to check in. Overall, I am very happy with the stay and the location of the apartment.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a unit in Sky Garden, Batam, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were always available to answer any questions, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The Unit: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment, especially after a day of exploring Batam.

Great place to stay. Eryanto is a great host, always provides quick response and very accommodating. The unit is just 10 mins away from the Batam center and surrounded with great cafes and restaurants!

For small family to stay, it’s recommended. Very clean and beautiful house. Complete amenities. Peaceful place. Host also very responsive. Slight problem with wifi connection at first but quick resolved by host. My family and i so happy to stay here. Will make sure to recommend to others.

Very nice place to stay. The apartment is just right beside ferry terminal. Will consider staying here again next time.
