Beachfront holiday rental in Batangas Bay

We had a wonderful stay here with my friends! The place was well-equipped with complete kitchen utensils and plenty of tables and chairs, making it easy for us to cook and dine together. The bathroom was clean with a strong and reliable water supply. Both the host and the caretaker were very responsive and accommodating, quickly addressing any questions or requests we had. Overall, a great experience — would happily stay here again!

Great place for big groups. Everyone can sleep comfortably. Had all the amenities listed and more. Ms. Juliana was very considerate and accommodating. Ms. Susan and Ms. Jacqueline were also very helpful during our stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your place.

the house was really great, despite the very hot weather - all the aircons worked perfectly. Our dog was allowed inside the house which I really loved. My only issue is the common CR upstairs as it kind of smelled the entire time. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away and the clubhouse with the restaurant is about a 3 minute walk. Perfect for those looking for peaceful and worry free stay.

Very clean place, bathrooms are all big, the common area upstairs was chef’s kiss especially during sunset. Place was very spacious and comfortable. The owner is also very responsive. Check in and out times are very generous. They also allowed us to check in 2hrs earlier.

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Just the internet is quite slow and some channels on their cignal satellite tv aint working.

The place was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our big group. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances we needed, making it easy to prepare meals. It truly made us feel right at home. A big bonus was its close proximity to both the beach and the poolside, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a larger group!

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

This is my 4th time staying in VillaRica Beach Resort and it will not be my last. My family love the place due to safety and accomodating staff. Till next time.

We had a great stay! Perfect for family--kids and pets! Hosts were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Everything was perfect until we went to the beach. We got stung by jellyfish within less than 5 mins when we got there. The sand was dark so its hard to even notice. Just be aware of the season maybe? You can ask the guards cause they know, they just didn't inform us before it happened. Good thing the house has its own pool! Very convenient since the clubhouse pool is packed. House is really nice. Every area has its own ac unit which made our stay very comfortable. The house also has its own ice machine! Hope drinking water will also be provided but overall really nice stay. Thank you to the hosts and to ate Marilyn who even borrowed an air pump for us to use for the floaters we brought.

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had so much fun staying at Ms. Joys place. It was incredible so private, homey and clean. The rooms are clean, but not pwd friendly since you need to use the wide stairs going up and down the bedrooms. But since the place is outstanding it was not a big deal for us ☺️ The beachfront was swimmable the kids and also seniors and pwd was able to enjoy swimming at the beach. The pool was clean, but you need to be careful for the last steps since it is unnoticable. Five star also for kuya ricky he is so accomodating and always ready to assists. We will definitely going back! I am giving this place a 10stars! 🫶🫶🫶 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There's steps going to the cottage so it's hard on guests with wheelchairs and seniors that's hard to walk. But the cottage is in good location @ front of the beach. Very helpful caretakers. Highly Recommended

The place is as described. The house is pretty new and well maintained so I think we had the privilege to enjoy its beauty. The view is magnificent. The water is pristine and crystal clear. The pool is great but too deep however it is as expected as it was described as deep. I’d only recommend to have someone manage the listing and communication. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside and there were no response on both the contact number and as well in the app. We had to find the house ourselves before we could check. If I hadn’t get out of the car and find it myself we would have waited long. Overall the place is perfect. You just had to take a plight of stairs to get there but as expected it was communicated before booking.
