This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Ziona’s beautiful home was perfect for my little birthday trip with friends. The house was stunning and had mostly everything we needed for our stay! The front door is a bit temperamental but once knowing how it works/ how to do it there is no issues!! Very quite neighbourhood and is perfect for morning or afternoon walks/ runs with the beach also very close. Ziona was extremely helpful throughout our stay with recommendations in regards to food and drinks, aswell as small things we may needed help with: heating the pool, front door, fuze box And was very responsive. Overall our stay was beautiful and would definitely book with her again.

The location is perfect for a short getaway and very suitable for little kids. The house was very clean and has great amenities for kids. Renee is also very proactive with recommendations and the likes. We had a great stay!

we stayed at Villa Nessa for a bucks weekend with 14 guys, and it was absolutely perfect. The house was immaculate, spacious, and felt more like a home than a rental. There were plenty of comfortable beds, large living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that made group meals easy. The spa was a standout feature—hot, clean, and ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location was quiet and peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t meet Vanessa in person, she was an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt, polite, and super helpful from start to finish. She made everything smooth and stress-free, even with a large group. It’s clear she puts a lot of care into making the home welcoming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our mate’s upcoming wedding. Highly recommended to any group looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-managed stay. Would definitely return to Villa Nessa

We had an extended stay at Alisha's property while doing renovations on our home, and it was a great experience. The property was clean and well presented, Alisha was always friendly, helpful and responsive, and it's in a beautiful quiet location close to the bus stop.

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful home! Waking up to the view of the lagoon and the sound of birds singing was truly magical. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and absolutely delicious. Lovely place, decorating so beautifully. Beds were super comfy and cosy (due to those winter months) home was very inviting and well stocked. Great location, short walk to the main strip for food/shops & Vanessa was so accomodating regarding early check in times. Would absolutely recommend this stay

The location was both nice and convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the adorable chicks. We stayed at Anna’s place over the long weekend for a friends birthday and it was absolutely amazing! The house is very clean, had a great spa and lots of space. The pool table and darts were a huge hit too! Locals cafes and restaurants were within walking distance and so was the lovely walk along the lake. Anna is so lovely and responded to all of our inquiries promptly. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous place.

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

Wonderful stay! Sarah was very responsive and helpful, easily replied quickly and was able to accomodate extra requests with a smile. Place was absolutely perfect for our young family and dogs. Fantastic backyard for kids, safe and they lovely exploring the “jungle garden” (palms 😂). Outdoor entertaining area was incredible. Clean, comfortable and modern. Had everything we needed! Would recommend for sure.

Chloe is a great host, she provided very clear instructions and was extremely responsive Her place is very bright and the sunset from her deck was beautiful. You can easily walk to surrounding beaches and take a short drive to nice places to eat. Being able to take our dog with us was a great bonus. Her place is fully fenced with plenty of apace for them and an off-leash beach area in walking distance. Loved it !

Perfect place to stay for a fall weekend. We arrived at Friday night and found everything as described. Saturday we went to one of the nice cafes and then to Bouddi National Park. In the afternoon I took a trip around the lake in one of the kayaks. That was pretty amazing. The trip was great and the place is very nice for a weekend with friends. Thanks Stephen!

We had a fantastic short stay at this house with our family. An older home that has been tastefully updated and well-considered. Not pretentious, comfortable with a focus on the breathtaking views over the Patonga township and water below. Taking cues from the adjacent bush, distant headlands and coastal views, the comprehensive interior upgrades and choices, colours and furniture are relaxed and calming, we felt at home immediately. It doesn't have a new blingy kitchen or bathroom, but it doesn't need it at all. They have been refreshed and have everything you need for cooking up a storm. The landscaping/gardens, heated pool, firepit and sauna are stunning and clearly designed by someone who knows what they are doing. Really friendly and helpful hosts We'll be back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our short break at Kevin's immaculate holiday home. Description and photos prepared us for a delightful home and we were not disappointed. The kitchen was very well-equipped, beds were comfy and there was lots of room, so we weren't tripping over each other. Fabulous outdoor area to sit and watch the surf. No swimming at this beach, which didn't worry us as enough fun was had walking and playing in the sand. We would gladly stay in Kevin's home again and highly recommend it. Rosalie

Nikita was an amazing host. The place was everything and more. From more than enough towels, full size products to hygiene products, Nikita had thought of everything! This stay has left an impression that is unforgettable and definitely set a new standard for all Airbnbs. We will definitely book this accommodation in future!!
