The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. Welcome to Rollins Creek Side Cabin. Come enjoy nature at this unique and tranquil mountain/creek side cabin on 14 acres to explore which is private and peaceful. Enjoy the creek view from bottom or upper deck. Family’s can also enjoy the gazebo and fire pit with the view of the creek in the background along with Bettis Mountain. We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Off-Grid High Noon Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The High Noon Cabin is the 1st of three cabins being built on our beautiful property next to the White River. Everything in this off-grid cabin was hand made using locally resourced lumber and supplies. Enjoy the beautiful scenery throughout the year - sunrise to sunset. Located just 8 miles from the town of Mountain View where you can take part in our many local festivals, listen to music, or just check out the beautiful Ozark Mountains.

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. If interested in booking fishing guide services while here, please reach out. We are well acquainted with several of the local guides and pickup at our dock can be arranged.

With plenty of parking space outside the garage also offers a 2 Bay Area.

Main Street Hideaway

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
