A lovely little home away from home, with obvious attention to detail. Instructions for entry were accurate, everything was fresh and easy to use, and the little extras like copious chargers, one-way windows on the first floor for privacy and daily delivered breakfast were most welcome. Above all, Francois is an absolutely terrific host. Not intrusive, but extremely responsive and helpful. Francois truly responds almost immediately and provides extremely helpful information about the unit and the area. This petite maison is situated in a small courtyard in close proximity to waste receptacles for the neighbors, but there were no unpleasant odors in the very tidy unit and the location allows for privacy in a city teeming with life.

Property near the metro - great for exploring the city. Also the instructions to get in very clear and the host is always available.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Thank you very much Eloise for your willingness and kind communication. The apartment was really beautiful and spacious, we felt at home. The dining room was great and the apartment was equipped with everything you could need. A short distance from the apartment is a nice neighborhood with cafes, shops and a beautiful park. Great public transport, bus and metro nearby + 10 minutes by metro directly to Orly airport. The apartment is on the ground floor next to the bar - if you arrive on the weekend and you are a light sleeper, you will not sleep much in the living room. If you are not sensitive or plan to stay longer in the city, you should be fine. Overall a beautiful experience!

Our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as one could hope for. The space was warm and elegant, both functional and beautiful, imbued with the generous spirit of a loving family. The spacious living quarters with large windows onto the street are a fine contrast to the quiet accommodations of the bedrooms, which have many books for parents to read to their children. In the vicinity there are numerous places to eat and quietly enjoy the neighborhood life. The host was eminently helpful and always available, with many great suggestions that helped make our stay feel genuinely Parisian and not merely as a tourist rushing through the week. We are very grateful for our wonderful stay!

Jose’s place was perfect for our family of four — two parents and two teens. Beds and seating were comfortable and the location can’t be beat if you want a taste of a real Parisian neighborhood. The flat was perfectly clean, instructions were clear, and Jose was responsive and friendly. The boulangerie on the corner is delicious, metro access is easy, and there’s great coffee at Dose nearby. As we explored other areas, we kept noticing how we preferred the Batignolles neighborhood. We would love to return!

Emma’s place is definitely with taste, beautiful and elegant. Love the neighborhood and had a wonderful time.

This was an excellent place to stay for visiting Paris and ideal for a couple. Great surroundings and excellent metro/bus services to visit all areas of Paris easily. Georges was an excellent host who made us feel very welcome. We would definitively stay at this property again the next time we come to Paris.

The space was just as described and perfect for a couple for a few days. The closeness to the metro made all of the difference for us, and the apartment had a lovely view. Our hosts were easy to reach and shared wonderful suggestions for our trip!

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

The apartment is extremely well located, close to bustling, beautifil streets with incredible restaurants and cafes. It's close to a few metro stations and Montemarte is only a short walk away. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything one could need for a short stay. Marie was a helpful and responsive host.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Marie was a great host, communicated well and gave excellent instructions in good time. The flat was perfect for a sightseeing base, good price and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend for others 🤩
