Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Batignolles, Paris

Highly recommend! The apartment is immaculate and the location is idyllic. Being in such a great space set the tone for a perfect weekend. Stephane is a wonderful host and I would absolutely book again for my next trip to Paris.

L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla del 17° arrondissement, ben collegata grazie a due linee metro molto vicine e con tanti ristoranti e locali nei dintorni. Tutto è andato benissimo, consigliatissimo! - - - Perfect stay! Cathy was a wonderful and responsive host — she always replied very quickly to any questions I had. The apartment is in a quiet area of the 17th arrondissement, well connected with two metro lines nearby and plenty of restaurants around. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende bei Edgar und Théo verbracht und uns in die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung verliebt. 10/10 ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen auf dem Städtetrip. Die Kommunikation mit den beiden lief auch einwandfrei. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I loved the location. After long days of exploring, it was a peaceful retreat. There are several cafes and brasseries nearby. Phillipe was very helpful when I asked for dining recommendations. I hope to come back to this lovely apartment if I’m in Paris.

Many thanks to Geraud for spending time in his apartment with a very pleasant french vibe! The living room with the kitchen is simply beautifully decorated, it really lifted my spirits in the mornings) There was everything necessary for the stay and Geraud was always in touch, kindly offered a late checkout🫶🏻 p.s. I recommend the nearby bakeries Mamiche and Leonie, for coffee Noir and Caoufé and the coolest smash burgers are in Dumbo!

This was the third time over nine years that we have had the great good fortune to stay in Claire's sublime apartment on rue de Lévis. The first time was with our then 11-year-old son; and the next times were just the two of us. Claire is extremely helpful , welcoming, and kind, and her apartment is beautiful, clean, and situated on what might just be the best street in Paris -- which is saying a lot! Her very large and wide 5th floor terrace, with a long outdoor dining table and chairs as well as a wide awning, overlooks a street where cars mostly do not go; so people casually stroll along the dozens of delicious food stores and restaurants and cafés, as well as other clothing and specialty stores, making the whole experience seem from another, happier, world. There is a calm and a joy, both inside and outside, from the moment one shows up. We are sad to leave, but cannot wait for our next visit!

Un agréable séjour dans ce logement idéalement placé ( Métros à proximité, gare pour se rendre au Château de Versailles). Logement est situé dans un quartier agréable avec des nombreux commerces et restaurants. Photos conformes à l annonce, logement propre et très bien équipé. Hôte extrêmement agréable, au petit soin, elle fait des recommandations pour passer un séjour agréable. Je recommande vivement le logement de Sophie pour faire un séjour et visiter Paris et ses alentours.

Hele fijne en grote ruimte, mooi ingericht en rustig door de binnenplaats. Heel prettige communicatie met Frédéric. En super dat hij veel tips voor restaurants en bezoenswaardigheden geeft. Tip: huur fietsen bij café Le Peloton (neem de telefoonhouder erbij en vraag om fietsverlichting).

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Vraiment bel appartement au 6 eme avec ascenseur au 5 eme et quelques marches, building privé sécurisé. La climatisation fonctionne bien, lit confortable, cuisine nickel ! Je recommande.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr privat & schön. Auch Jessica war sehr gut erreichbar & äußerst hilfsbereit. Es war alles da, von Geschirr über Töpfe bis hin zu Bettwäsche & Waschmaschine. Sogar Waschpulver, wer keine Allergie hat, hätte es nutzen können. Ein kleines Heft im Wohnbereich hatte auch ein paar Tipps zu Unternehmungen & Erklärungen zum Haus. Leider nur auf französisch, aber mit moderner Technik schnell übersetzt. Einfach fotografieren und vom Handy übersetzten lassen. Der Park ist nicht sehr weit, mit Blick über Paris & Nachbarschaft ist recht ruhig. Wenn man nach Paris z.B. zum Eifelturm will dauert es fast eine Stunden mit Bus & Bahn. Aber die Anbindung ist gut & günstig. Für Deutsche eher gewöhnungsbedürftig war die laute Heizung beim Duschen, wegen der dünnen Wände. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir haben und ganz wohl gefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. The courtyard is peaceful and private — a perfect spot to sit outside and enjoy the evening. The location is excellent, with two metro stations just a 5-minute walk away, and major sights like Notre Dame within a 30-minute walk. Gabriel, who checked us in, was wonderful — so friendly and helpful, with great tips and recommendations.

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

J aurai aimé garder l adresse secrète ….Un véritable bijou caché à Paris. Ce petit duplex est sans doute l’un des Airbnbs les plus surprenants que j’aie pu découvrir : un lit d’un confort exceptionnel, un aménagement raffiné, des finitions haut de gamme, et un charme fou. L’accueil a été tout simplement inoubliable : un bouquet de roses fraîches, une bouteille de champagne, des croissants chaque matin, sans oublier toutes les attentions pour mon chien — tout y est pensé dans les moindres détails. Face au jardin du Luxembourg , avec des pâtisseries, des restaurants et des lieux mythiques à deux pas, un bus devant la porte, et tout Paris à bicyclette… On se sent immédiatement parisien, avec l’envie irrésistible de le devenir pour toujours. Ce nid est si agréable qu’on ne veut plus en sortir. Et pourtant, je viens d’un petit paradis en Floride. C’est dire…

I immediately felt at peace when I walked in. It was a clean and picture perfect apartment. I mostly enjoyed having my morning coffee (nespresso) in the sun room. Lastly , the neighborhood was beautiful with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores.

Lovely quirky small house right in the centre of Paris with great transport links and walking distance to lots of the attractions too. The house was perfect for our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children.) We loved the style and even though in central Paris it felt like a very quiet and safe space. The host was always very responsive to messages, sent clear directions and instructions for entry. We were very grateful to be allowed an earlier check in and later check out time. Thank you very much for a brilliant stay!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

L’intérieur de l’appartement est parfait. Le lit est grand et très confortable. C’est propre et nous avons à notre disposition tout ce qui est nécessaire. L’accueil de Nicolas a été extraordinaire. Notre sommes arrivées vers 13h alors que l’appartement était disponible à 16h. Nicolas nous a chaleureusement accueilli dans son restaurant et a gardé nos valises. Nous sommes donc allées faire une promenade et à notre retour, nos deux valises de plus de 20kg étaient dans l’appartement. Il y a 3 étages très étroites alors un énorme merci à Nicolas qui nous m’a probablement évité un mal de dos 😊 Il est important d’aller profiter d’un succulent repas de pâtes et pizza au restaurant de Nicolas. C’est délicieux! Merci pour ce magnifique séjour!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!
