Holiday rentals with a pool in Battaramulla

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. This property is a definite recommendation for anyone visiting Colombo. Thanks, Bithika

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

We had a good stay at this property. It was fully-equipped and had all the convenience. Communication was good too.

Sebastian’s place was a great place to unwind after lots of flights… arrived late at night. Spent 2 nights so a whole day to chill. Pool was lovely and great size, set amongst a lovely tropical garden. Sebastian was so SO helpful and we asked lots of annoying questions. BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS. His driver Mr Neluka that he had suggested was super lovely, great English and gave us heaps of info. Drove us to Kandy via elephant orphanage. We had a fab lunch together. If he’s an available hopefully we will be able to have again during our three weeks here. Where the Airbnb is situated is not touristy. Easy reach from Colombo and Negombo alike. Easy to Uber or Pick me apps for a TukTuk. Supermarket close by. This was perfect for us. Thank you for your patience and kindness. I hope one day you can visit our Airbnb in NZ.

Anouk and Sunil’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. Both of them are extremely helpful and private and respect your space too. The house is done up beautifully and is safe and secure. We loved the place and will come back again for sure!

Location is perfect and very convenient to all amnesties. Upeksha is responding very quickly and friendly. Very clean home with nice pool. no parking issues. Prefer to go again and there is no hesitation to recommend this place.

Great location to stay in Colombo. Thilak was super helpful and accommodating during our month-long stay. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend staying here.

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

We really enjoyed our stay here, the flat was great - really spacious, clean and modern. The view was incredible also, and the aircon worked really well. Sathii was very quick at responding to any queries. I am already planning to revisit here when I am back in Sri Lanka. Thank you

I had a comfortable stay here! The location is very convenient! what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, including a lovely view of the city. While it might seem a bit far from the center at first glance, it’s actually not. Tuktuks are always available right downstairs, and there's also a mini mart for essentials. The house has most of the amenities you’d need, and the bottles of water in the fridge were a really thoughtful touch. The host was also quick to respond and solve any issues I had. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment during my recent trip to Colombo, and it truly was the best I’ve ever experienced in the city. After a terrible experience with another host in Mount Lavinia, I urgently needed to relocate to a safe and comfortable place, and this apartment was a breath of fresh air! The space is modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, and he handled everything with the utmost respect and professionalism which made all the difference during a difficult time. I truly appreciate everything he did to make my stay comfortable and worry-free. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Colombo, this is the place I’ll choose to stay!
