Edmar, May and Anne are great! Crazy low price for the location and quality of the room. One should just be aware of the noise from the bars and clubs; I use a noise machine when I sleep so it was no issue for me.

Staff are very polite and helpful. Simple but clean room n bath. Near good restaurants. Accessible place to Nagoya.

My stay at Cube (Kampong Glam, near Haji Lane) was fantastic. The atmosphere was excellent and felt very safe. The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything was very well-managed. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall vibe was amazing. Plus, the location is absolutely superb. Highly recommend.

I arrived at 11:45pm and was unable to retrieve my digital key due to system maintenance. However there was a tablet on the wall where I could communicate with someone and they directed me to an area where I could obtain a temporary key card. Very thankful!

We could not make the app work when we arrived because once inside the building there was no 4G coverage. We stood there for quite a while trying to get it to work. Luckily Joelle was just leaving for the day and she helped us connect to the Wi-Fi and showed us how to use the lock. Recommend you warn people to get the app working before they enter the building as there is 4G coverage out on the street. Only other comment I would make is that the key system was sometimes very flaky and took many attempts before we could open the door or use the lift. The room itself is extremely compact and I did bang my head several times upstairs but we were warned about that before we booked. I probably would book a larger room next time I come to Singapore, however it was functional and did the job for us. Thanks David Holton

Had a great stay! The space was clean, compact, and perfect for a solo traveler. Easy walking distance to the convention center, which was ideal for my conference. Great location, smooth check-in, and a responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

Good value for money!

I had a great stay at the NuVe Urbane Lavender, which was walking distance from the MRT (train) and easily accessible by ride hailing. From the check in with the friendly front desk staff (and adorable how to order local coffee and speak Singlish postcards) to the free mini bar in the room, the stay was convenient and value for money in a neighborhood that is stuffed full of great dining options from local hawker centers to lots of affordable restaurants. There is even a pub downstairs that is in the same building but not affiliated with the hotel. The room was bigger than I expected and I really enjoyed the pool area with the terrace, which was never crowded. Wifi was fast and supported streaming and zoom calls. Next time I may upgrade and book a pool access room!

Excellent location in the heart of everything, within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands. The room was very comfortable. I had great night's sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I had such a great time staying at Heritage Collection! The place was so cozy, stylish, and super comfortable. We especially loved how clean and well-equipped everything was. The host was amazing, super friendly, and gave us great tips to ensure that our stay would be excellent. And it was! The location was ideal too—close to everything but still quiet enough for a peaceful night. We really felt like we could relax and enjoy our time together. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Singapore!

Top-notch service! Staff are all really helpful and keen to make you feel right at home and comfortable. We were in need of extra toilet paper after midnight and they delivered within 30 minutes with immediate response via chat. Superbly impressed by the fast response times despite the lack of a concierge. There are no lifts so you have to carry your luggage up and down a flight of stairs. Not an issue, just be mindful if you have mobility challenges or are travelling with a heavy suitcase. Value for money though! It’s right in front of Chinatown MRT and very accessible to most places in Singapore
