The condo was exactly what we expected, clean and well maintained. Most importantly our checked in hours was midnight but the staff was there making the check in smoothly and efficiently. Thanks for the assistance and we will sure come back for our future visit.

Sue Sern is an amazing host. She was very responsive and she accommodated our request for an early arrival with our elderly mom if her home was not occupied. We eventually arrived earlier than our request. Her home is homey. It stands out as having a lovely sea facing view. You can wake up and sit on the balcony to watch the sun rise or even have a cup of coffee there too. Has most things that one would need. The pots and pans can do with a slight refresh but otherwise it was OK. Straits Quay Marina Apartment as the name suggests is by the marina. You can walk around the marina and there are some restaurants, cafes and bars within the facilities. There is also a supermarket too. To get to Gurney and Georgetown is easy and fast. We came to Penang to catch up with friends and for the food. And Sue Sern's home was perfect with its convenient location. Lastly, again, we thank Sue Sern for a great stay.

Perhaps the sofa at living room can replace with more comfortable one as the sofa seat is sinking😅

Had such a great stay at The Maritime Penang! The suite was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — perfect for a relaxing trip. I really loved the sea view 🥹 it was absolutely stunning and calming. I'd give more than five stars if AirBnB would let me. We felt really at home, and would unequivocally recommend the place. Siew Lin is an amazing host, flexible, helpful. The place is great. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures; there are two fully-fitted bathrooms, each with a shower; a great kitchen that is fully equipped; washing machine and a drying rack on the beautiful balcony; everything to feel like home... The location is also perfect. In the building complex there's a fully-stocked supermarket (downstairs and across a covered walkway, 3 minutes door-to-door), great restaurants, a beautiful pool that is always empty, a gym, great surroundings... We also like the geography in the city, nestled (somehow extremely quietly) between Georgetown and Tanjung Bungah!
