Sidnei and Virginia are excellent hosts and the house is wonderful. The space is spacious, well decorated, with everything you need and a delicious leisure area. We only stayed for a weekend, but we wanted to have stayed longer to enjoy it. Both are very proactive and attentive to everything, from meeting our check-in needs (we arrived late) to leaving treats and basic necessities in the house. They always responded with great agility and cordiality, making us feel at ease and at the same time giving us support. We will definitely be back!

Fernando was a great host from the first contact. Always helpful and with quick answers, he made our stay much easier. The property is exactly as it is in the photos and met my family's needs during the period we were in it. I recommend it to those who will attend events at ABDA because the house is a few minutes' walk from the Club. I thank Fernando for all the support and hospitality.

Apto super clean and cozy. Everything is close to the building (excellent location). I thought it was a great choice and it met my expectations. When I need it, I'll look for this apartment again. Henrique was super attentive and the instructions were very clear.

Excellent accommodation, very quick and objective responses

From the beginning, everything was settled with Victor, everything was very clear and flexible, I booked for my family and everyone was super happy with the stay, they didn't want to leave the place! It's definitely worth it! I would also like to thank Mr. Wal, very helpful from the beginning!

The place is even more beautiful in person. Our third stay is always surprising. Lia's hospitality is also a high point, always. Great accommodation! Wonderful view! Hostã always responds quickly, very solicitous. We'll be back more often!

The other guests and I were very satisfied. We entered the house and it was totally fragrant and clean. Everything working perfectly, refrigerator, TV, stove. We came from far away and ended up arriving ahead of schedule and Miguel kindly delivered the key via an Uber so we could rest, we were very grateful. The towels and bed linen are very simple, but extremely clean and sanitized, you can see that nothing is reused without washing. I highly recommend it, you can book without fear.

We had an amazzing stay! The kids enjoyed the clean pool almost everyday, we had guests over for a big family gathering and they all loved the place. The house was comfortable with AC units in each bedroom. Showers worked perfectly. The property is pristine and very well maintened and the host was very responsive. Will definitely be booking again in the future!

Beautiful and cozy apto! It has c/c and blackout in the rooms/living room, ensuring comfort and privacy. Spacious cabinets, comfortable sofa and TV with multiple channels. Check-in was quiet, registration at the fast entrance. Parking in the garage in front of the elevator, view to the airclub is amazing! Great location, close to Bauru Shop and leisure. Attention: Windows/balcony without protective screen and beds leaning against the windows require child care. Auxiliary bed does not open total due to lack of space (shown in the photos). The village served for my 2 year old daughter, but does not accommodate an adult in comfort. Garage entrance is narrow, it can be difficult to maneuver large car. Inconvenients: We arrived and the ap was dusty, only 4 towels for 5 people, sheet looked used, hairs in the bathroom, 1 roll of paper almost at the end, trash bin and dirty washing machine. I spoke with the host, sent photos and he was thoughtful. The city offered new cleaning, but I solved it on account. Despite this, the stay was great and we would return!

About the place: the apartment corresponded to the photos, and surprised because, in person, the space is even wider. In addition, it has a nearby market, easy access and the street and condominium are very quiet and safe. About Hosts: In addition to responding quickly, they were super polite, respectful and agile. Unfortunately I had to leave early (for personal and professional reasons), and they were super understanding and considerate in assisting me with the issue of reimbursement for the remaining period. When I return to Bauru, it's definitely a place I'll host again!
