This condo was very beautiful and well priced. You are very close to where you need to be in Orlando. It felt like a luxurious home away from home.

This was our second stay at Guylaine’s condo and it was fantastic again and we’ll definitely be back!! We love everything about the condo, the resort and location. The pools are wonderful and the condo feels just like being at home, it has everything you need. The location is so close to Disney, stores and restaurants, it couldn’t be better. Guylaine is the most wonderful host, so kind, accommodating and responds so quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend her place! You will be so happy if you choose her place to stay. Our family loved this place! Close to one of the waterparks, Disney, and much more. My kids also loved the marvel theme. We would recommend this place for the location and price.

Maria's place was super cozy. It had everything we needed and then some. the property is beautiful. Pools were nice. and the staff at the gates were very welcoming. No problems. very relaxing.

The place was clean and exactly as described, and in a very peaceful neighborhood. Items like dish soap and detergent, hand soap, and laundry detergent were available upon arriving. Instructions for how to maintain the house and carpeting were clear and simple, and made it easier to remind everyone to be respectful of the place (without having to be the bad guy- lol). The gate entry was simple once we were checked in, location was easy to get to from our local plans. All in all, if you want to keep your large family or group together and happy, this place is a great choice.

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

Aaron is an amazing host that truly cares about what is happening with his guests. We had a little trouble with our travel and Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate us when things went out of our control. The home is very nice and exactly as described. It was clean and looked well kept. The beds are extremely comfortable and the home is spacious. I will definitely book with Aaron again if I am back in Orlando!

We enjoyed our stay at Judy’s house. We found that it was very close to the magic and a nice and comfortable escape from the parks. We didn’t have much luck seeing the full fireworks show (the trees across the way have gotten a bit tall), but enjoyed the pool and outdoor space.

EXCELLENT. My family has been coming in mixed groups for the past 7 years, and this stay has been the best one. Besides being much cleaner than last year's rental (father suffered many flea bites from the couch that was not to have had pets on it), AND being an early check-in despite previous renters leaving issues that were diligently resolved by management/cleaning crew, this house was GORGEOUS. This is not a sterile rental, but someone's home...reflected in the beautiful landscaping [so many things flowering during our stay!], lavish pool set up (kiddy pool, hot tub, and main pool), and abundance of supplies here. We loved that they accommodate large multi-family groups with spacious rooms, a 2nd fridge, [also, the SPICE rack....cooking was so easy with so much on hand], and the supplies available for small children at the house: crib, books, potty chair, high chair, step stool, a double STROLLER, and car seat... and dog-friendly yet clean. Gabriel’s place was just like the photos….the area is definitely Orlando’s version of Vegas lol but INSANELY convenient to Universal and neatly between Disney and downtown- about 15 minutes in either direction. The building itself is a bit dated, but the apartment has tons of beautiful natural light during the day, and the clean, white interiors make it seem open and airy. Great spot!

Great host, great property. We actually stayed in this property some years ago and was very good then, the new hosts have taking the property to a new level with many upgrades made, 5* for sure. From the minute we booked, communication from the hosts was exceptional and friendly. Very quick to respond if we had any questions. Very clean throughout with all conveniences available for that home from home feel. 100% recommend this property.

Stay was wonderful, close to Disney, and close to airport. Beautiful place to come home to after long hot day at Disney. Pool was great to relax in and home was big enough for 2 families with one child each and grandparents. Quiet bedrooms and fun games room which was a nice touch. Kitchen had all amenities you needed. Private location.

Everything was good. The location is incredible.

We didn’t know the gem we were getting h til we walked into this beautiful home. My heart was immediately relieved to see how organized, clean and home like this space was. Our kids were comfortable, my MIL was at ease, it was a great location to get around. My MILK insisted we needed a vacation home of our own, just like this villa. If ever we need to come back to Orlando, we would choose this place again and again.

The house was very nice and as described. We certainly enjoyed the pool and the arcade room with the pool table. Only issue we had was the wifi wouldn't really connect to the tv's so any kind of streaming from the tv's was difficult. Hopefully the owners will get this fixed.
