Villa holiday rentals in Bay of Kotor

We stayed here as a group of 6 friends and it was spacious enough for us to have a room each. The location was ideal as there is a supermarket and bus stop a few minutes walk away. The Hyatt Regency hotel is also a few minutes away and has lovely restaurants open to non residents. Marijana was really helpful giving us information during our stay.

We had a fantastic time on our stay! The location and accomodation were exactly as we had hoped and more! We felt so at home and the amenities were fantastic. We enjoyed the wine tasting and enjoyed a bottle with dinner which was also incredible! Highly recommend the carp! All in all a great trip to Skadar Lake and a romantic location to celebrate our anniversary 🤍

Stayed in Olga's apartment for 4 days, everything was great. The house has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. You can swim right in front of the house, but we went to another beach - Waikiki - it's a 15-minute walk, with white fine pebbles and a gentle slope into the water, there are no algae and it's more convenient to enter with a child. The only downside is the mosquitoes, but on the second night we just turned on the mosquito repellent (available in the apartment). Olga is a very friendly hostess, always in touch and quickly answers questions. It's convenient that you can order a transfer from/to the airport directly from her. And a special thank you for the opportunity to take a late check-out.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! Everything was exactly as described – and even better in person. The place was spotless when we arrived, including the beautiful pool which was very well maintained. The amenities were a big highlight for us – we loved having a small basketball and football court to stay active, and the ping pong table made for some great fun as well. Our host was fantastic – super proactive, responsive, and full of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It really helped us make the most of our trip. All in all, it was everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommended!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spotless – clean, comfortable, and clearly well looked after. It had everything we needed for a relaxing break. What made the stay even more special was the host. Incredibly welcoming and attentive, Milos was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we felt completely at home. It’s not often you come across such genuine hospitality! We went on a 3 hours boat trip recommended by Milos which was wonderful. The villa's setting was peaceful and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area. I wouldn't hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.

Antonija was a great host in many ways. Her home was fantastic. We have stayed in Airbnb's in many places and I think her house takes one of the top spots! It was beautiful, comfortable, completely stocked with all you need with a very spacious lay out and was lovingly cared for. We were 5 adults. We all had a private bedroom/bathroom and no one had to draw the short straw. All were equally comfortable with a private balcony. The bedrooms were furnished with guests in mind with exceptional lighting, comfortable beds, nice linens, closet space with hangers and drawers. A large sectional took the prize in the main area. The outdoor space was equally comfortable and beautiful with a full kitchen/pool area. The weather was unsettled but we still were able to use the outside features a bit. Even the pool was spotless. Antonija was very helpful in suggesting places to dine, taxi and adventures. She was able to secure a reservation for us when needed. It is helpful to have a car though.

We had a fantastic 2 weeks here! Friendly host, beautiful house and spectacular views.The host was quick to answer/help with any questions.They provided us with fresh eggs, fruit/veg and cake during our stay. It’s a short drive to Dubrovnik and only 10 mins to Srebreno beach.Would highly recommend and would love to come back one day!

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth and stress-free. The property itself had absolutely stunning views. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Miloš was quick to respond to queries, proactively checking on us and gave clear instructions and very helpful throughout our 1 week stay. The villa is massive yet so well designed that it offers privacy to everyone. Several rooms have en-suites and mini kitchens in addition to the main kitchens. Highly impressed and recommended for big families and groups. Supermarket nearby and the restaurant Sebelj was amazing local cuisine.

The Villa was beautiful and in a great location!

My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Filip and Jovanka’s place! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Fantastic house in a beautiful location. Just as described. The children loved the pool. Friendly and welcoming host. Great little shop down the road for essentials. There is lots to do within an easy driving distance.

We really enjoyed our short stay. Villa is very convenient for local shops and bus stop to Old Town just on the doorstep. The villa was clean and Mara very responsive when we had questions. We especially liked the pool area with its covered terrace and fully equipped kitchen just for the pool area. The view over the inlet is pretty.

Spectacular villa, the outdoor/pool area is incredible and the views are beautiful. The hosts are super helpful, and always on hand/available for anything you need. Highly recommend for a group stay!

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!

A beautiful Airbnb that is accurate to the photos and description. Clean and well equipped. And what a view!!

Ana’s place is wonderful, convenient to supermarkets, airport, pizzeria, located in a small peaceful village. The indoor area is very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area is well equipped with furniture and loungers. Our 3 children and ourselves spent loads of time in the pool. Welcome treats and wine was a nice touch. Would highly recommend. We had a great time there.

And wow, there are no words how amazing and magical the villa is. All the rooms, showers and kitchens in the villa are well equipped with everything needed. Lots of recreational and communal areas, a great pool, barbecue and outdoor insurance areas, and rooms equipped with everything you need. Starting with the food, cooking, laundry, shower and even the soaps and shampoo were of the highest quality. Zoran, our host, was more than amazing, answered everything and helped with everything. There's really not a single bad word to say about the whole experience. Thank you, Zoran! We were a family of 11 people including children and it was suitable and comfortable for everyone. The location is great, close to major cities with amazing views and magical roads. Definitely the first acquaintance with Montenegro was successful and refined and a lot thanks to the wonderful villa in which we both stayed. We even enjoyed the abundant strawberry tree in the front yard. A big thank you!

The Villa and Miho were top! Can’t recommend enough. Want an amazing experience, have him make you dinner. We sampled so many local dishes all made fresh , the wine was endless and his mom made this amazing cake for dessert. Miho goes above and beyond as a host. Our last day he took us to Ston, another beautiful place in Croatia. He was informative about its history and we enjoyed a beautiful lunch together. I only have one warning, the Villa is up a fairly steep cliff so if you plan on walking be warned. Most days we would climb down, (20 minutes or so)and take the local bus into the old city but to avoid the climb an uber is easily accessible. The grounds and pool are immaculate with many sun umbrellas and loungers. The villa itself is stocked with everything you could possible need. Loved it here and we were sad to say goodbye!

Jurica provided us with an amazing experience at Villa Tea! The outdoor amenities stood out for our group as we had 5 people and were able to use the spacious outdoor kitchen to cook breakfast every morning and comfortably relax in or out of the Sun. The manageable distance from Dubrovnik and any large towns allow for a very peaceful environment to relax and enjoy the scenery around the Villa. I would recommend some of the various hikes in the nearby mountains - Trailheads are all within a 10 minute drive from the villa :)
