In my travels I’ve always preferred and recommended staying in Airbnbs. The Palm House did not disappoint in any way. Clean, comfy, safe, secure, conveniently located. It was perfect.

The home was beautiful. The house was nice and clean. They provided everything we needed. The kids loved the pool table in the kids room. The hosts were really nice, responded quickly and helped us with any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

This Airbnb was a perfect location for a beach trip! Super close to several great locations, food, and fun. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

The pool was private and the house was also. We did have nice visitors in the mini apartments attached to the home. And it was enough parking for all parties.

Perfect for our family of four! As described, Kim’s place was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and Bluetooth speakers. It was a great location, easy drive to local beaches, St. Pete’s and Clearwater. I definitely would return to Kim’s Airbnb!!

Jennifer’s place was perfect for a long and private getaway in St. Pete! We enjoyed the screened back porch in the mornings and evenings, and our dogs loved the fenced back yard. The home was clean and offered everything we needed (lots of linens, well-stocked kitchen, etc.) I’d highly recommend Jennifer’s place to anyone spending time in the area. We hope to be back!

This was absolutely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Everything was as pictured and described in the listing, the house was immaculately clean and had great amenities that helped out on check-in day. The private pool and hot tub were well maintained during our visit and provided a really relaxing quite retreat after a day at the beach or on the town. Perfect location, less than a 10-minute drive to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We have been vacationing at Madeira Beach for over 25 years, and this is by far the best most relaxing place we have stayed at. Host was very proactive letting us know when services would be performed during our stay and always responded within minutes of being contacted with helpful info and assistance. Highly recommend this house that Sip N Sun provides!

First off the host is amazing, responsive and extremely helpful. She provided a lot of details of the area and stuff that me and my family could do! The home is extremely nice, and located in a very easy to find location. Me and the family was able to get to the beach in 5 minutes. So if you're looking for a beautiful home away from home this is the place!

We had a group of 10 stay for a bachelorette party & had the best time! The host was so nice to accommodate an early check in so we could decorate before the bride arrived. The home was beautiful, clean & stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen had all of the utensils, plates, bowls & cups we would need & the coffee bar was fully stocked with k cup pods & coffee to make a full pot. They also have towels, pool toys, and sunscreen for the guests to use while they’re at the house. The house was big enough for 10 of us to sleep comfortably and also hang out during the day when not out in town. They have a washer and dryer for guests to use with laundry pods which came in handy after the beach days and to wash towels throughout the weekend! The host has a binder with a ton of local recommendations that we saw as a thoughtful touch for out of town guests. Bryan and Randall were both very responsive throughout our stay and always answered any random questions we had!

our stay was pleasant, we had all the basics. We were close to the event we were attending and the beach was very close but not really walkable. We walked the neighborhood in the morning, it is safe and quiet. The beds were comfy if you like a soft bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, baking and eating including a full-size coffee pot. There was everything you need for a beach trip on the outside porch to include beach chairs and sand toys! Check in and check out were easy. Communication with the host was great!

The house is cozy, comfortable, cleaned, and in a great location. You will find a very close mall with stores, restaurantes, and a Publix. We had an amazing and relaxing stay. We felt like home! I really recommend this place!

The backyard was beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the afternoons and evenings. Everyone loved the pool. The place was a close drive to a lot of good restaurants in all directions. We had room to spread out since three of us had to work several days.

Great host beautiful house

From check-in to check-out, Liz and E were incredible. They were so easy to get in touch with and always responded and resolved anything needing to be resolved, which wasn't much of anything! They're salt of the Earth people and deserve the best review possible. The place was so clean and so modern. It smelled like the beach the entire time we stayed there. My five year old loved chasing and catching the little baby lizards everywhere in Florida. It was nice all the amenities and extra beach stuff there was. From towels, to snorkel gear for the little one, to an umbrella even for the beach. Everything at their Airbnb was exceptional and we've decided we will not stay anywhere else. There was also smart TVs in every room bedrooms and living room. I loved the sun room and their laundry set up. I would give this Airbnb and the amazing hosts a 10 out of 10. It's affordable and close to everything!

5 Stars! Lorinzo’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every little detail thoughtfully arranged to make it feel just like home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living spaces, it was clear that Lorinzo put a lot of care into creating a welcoming environment. He was also an excellent communicator, friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We've been staying at vacation rentals around the world for the last 25 years. About 10% of them get everything right, and this was one of those properties. I can't think of one thing I'd change. My only local recommendation would be to take the extra 3 minutes and go to Publix instead of WalMart.

We loved Lori's place; it was clean, spacious, and comfortable, very close to all restaurants and bars, and a super short drive to the beach :) She was very communicative and responsive; we will book again soon. Thank you Lori!
