Forget your worries in this spacious oceanfront property overlooking the biggest fishing ground in Conception Bay. This new 2 bed apartment sits on the t-railway walking/biking/ATV trail which follows the coast. Summertime during the fishing season, the bay is full of fishing boats. View whales feeding right from your living room and dining room windows. See beautiful sunsets directly across the bay and when there is a rolling sea you hear the rocks rolling on the beach, like rumbling thunder.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This basement apartment comes equipped with everything you want and need. Enjoy long bubble baths in the soaker tub. The bedroom has a queen bed and futon in case you need some extra space. A few minutes walk from park, splash pad, trails, ocean and CBS Yacht Club.
