Amueblado por un amplio sofá, mesa de café y TV. El salón tiene acceso directo a la primera terraza - con una mesa de comedor y sillas. Vistas desde la terraza a la Alhambra y la Catedral. Hay una sala de estar adicional en la segunda planta, con 2 sofás-cama y TV. El comedor cuenta con una gran mesa y sillas para 10 personas y está al lado de la cocina,totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos principales de alta calidad. Destacamos: horno, lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, nevera y congelador. Tres habitaciones. Hay dos dormitorios dobles y una habitación dos camas. Cada una de las habitaciones dobles cuenta con una cama king size de matrimonio (180 x 200 cm - tamaño de US Queen). Las camas individuales son 90x200cm. Todas las habitaciones disponen de armarios empotrados, y tienen acceso a 2 terrazas con muebles de jardín y vistas a la Alhambra. Tres cuartos de baño. Dos cuartos de baño con hidromasaje, y un cuarto de baño con bañera. El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor), doble acristalamiento y calefacción por suelo radiante. Entrando en el apartamento, a la derecha, está la terraza principal, con una piscina privada - que se puede utilizar durante todo el año (no climatizada). La terraza de la piscina está amueblada con muebles de jardín: mesa, sillas, sombrilla y 2 tumbonas - un lugar perfecto para un buen baño, tomar el sol y disfrutar de las vistas.

The house is located on the ground floor of the same house where the guests live, but the two parts of the house are separate. It is a 10-minute drive from Órgiva and is ideally situated for visiting the mountain villages. Please note that the house is not accessible by car as the village is pedestrianized. There is a parking area 50 meters away, and the street leading to the house is steep.
