Condo holiday rentals in Bayahibe

Our stay was simply wonderful. The apartment is as shown in the photos: comfortable, clean and perfectly located a few steps from Dominicus beach. The area is quiet, ideal for resting and moving easily to other attractions such as Bayahibe or Isla Saona. Giulia was an excellent host: always attentive, quick to answer questions and with a very friendly attitude. He clearly explained everything we needed, including the prepaid electricity system (which was easy to handle). We also appreciate the details such as water and basic items available upon arrival, which is much appreciated after a long trip. Having an equipped kitchen and access to a nearby supermarket made everything more practical with our 9-year-old daughter. If we return to this area, we would definitely stay here again. John's apartment was perfect for the 4 of us who stayed at CDC. His place matched the photos, was comfortable and we had no issues while staying there. The area surrounding the apartment is beautiful and the views from his 3rd floor balcony are amazing. John is a great host, he's very attentive, communicates well and if issues arise, he addresses them quickly. His place is comfortable, well appointed, and the location near Altos De Chavon makes it a prime vacation spot. We enjoyed our stay and would definitively stay with him in the future.

Very good place, you can walk to the beach and restaurants or minimarkets, the location is very good, the rooms are spacious, I just recommend keeping in mind that electricity is paid separately

The apartment was perfect. We stood there to go scuba diving for 5 days and the location was perfect to access the beach, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is bright and has all of the elements of a modern and clean home. Michele communication was great. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very well located, modern, clean and spacious, the condominium is excellent, the pool is very quiet, with very well maintained vegetation, nice restaurants and supermarkets in the area. A few blocks from the public beach of Dominicus, the beach is excellent, clean and the water is very nice. 100% recommended

I had a truly wonderful experience renting José’s apartment in Los Altos, Casa de Campo. From the very beginning, José was an outstanding host—kind, responsive, incredibly accommodating, and always attentive to every detail to ensure everything was perfect. The property was in excellent condition, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for a first-class stay. José made me feel completely at home, and his warm, thoughtful approach truly made all the difference. I’m deeply grateful and would absolutely love to rent from him again in the future. Highly recommended!

This was an excellent choice for my family! The apartment is spacious, clean, beautiful, and well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, plates, cups, microwave, sandwhich maker, stovetop espresso maker, and blender. There are two full bathrooms, one in the hallway and the other in the master bedroom. There is also a TV in the master bedroom and a large screen TV in the living room. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and easily converts to a bed for two people. The pool was large and clean. It was so much fun for our kids! We also used one of the charcoal grills. We had to pay 1,000 DOP, but we were able to use it all afternoon. A few hours before you check in, the host will send you a message with the code for the door. You have one assigned parking spot. The apartment is easily located in a very secure gated complex. There are ACs and ceiling fans in every room! The power went out a few times, but this is common in the DR. Battery backup kept the lights on.

This is a place next time I'm in La Romana I would return to because of its close proximity to the beach and great 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit at a great price. The host was very nice and tried to assist with any questions I had. I definitely recommend this place.

Very nice apartment.

Such a beautiful place with all the needed amenities for cooking/eating. The host was kind and helpful. There were vintage arcade games as well as a pool table and cutely decorated rooftop terrace. The whole vibe there was boho chic and so relaxing. The security helped me with my bags when arriving/leaving. Tips are encouraged & helpful to them. There is a clicker for the gate once you get in the apartment. When you 1st arrive just stop at the entrance & scream “watchiman” and they will come. I felt safe and if you don’t have a car there are stores/restaurants/beach in walking distance. They also have delivery service cards to local places to get food/drinks/snacks. I was able to wash all my clothes since this was my last Airbnb of my trip. I LOVED this place. I would most def return again.

Excellent stay in bayahibe, the apartment was as described and the attention unbeatable any problems we had quickly answered us. Good location, quiet area and a few steps away you reach the center of the village.

This was our second stay at this condo. It is very comfortable for 4 people. Great , very large deck overlooking the pool for meals and relaxing. Easy walking distance to local ‘colmados ‘for supplies and beverages. 20 minute walk to beach, slow walk in hot weather, with a few stops in the shade. Nice variety of friendly restos with good sea food . We enjoyed our stay again and would recommend!

Great nice and quiet place within walking distance to the city - the complex appears nice and clean, and is an oasis for relaxation. The apartment itself is well appointed with everything you need and more. Highly recommend! Keep in mind that you only have access to the public beach (as it is also mentioned in the description). However, it was a surprise to us that the access to Playa La Laguna was not possible as it is private and belongs to a hotel/resort.

Beautiful place to spend the weekend. It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool it’s very nice and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets at the beach. The communication with the host was very easy.
