A very nice place of group for 4 to 5 people max. A very nice friendly host. Clean and nice house.

Esther and Simon's place was excellent! the rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked great. The plaza where the apartment is located has helpful grocery stores and restaurants and there are many places within a 5 minute walk. We even walked to the beach from there. Esther was really helpful when we had questions about check in and getting around Penang since it was our first time. I would definitely stay here again.

Gavin's place is located in the quiet area, but was close enough to walk to eateries and a big mall. The apartment is very spacious and there was ample space for the 4 of us. Check-in was seamless and reception was helpful ans friendly. I would definitely stay here again when in Penang.

Very responsive to messages. The place is very close to as described and easy to find. Walkable distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. Though, there is no hand soaps or hand towels, which was found in other Airbnb in Malaysia. So this might be “common”. I consider it having a beautiful view as you can see the water in the distance. Overall, I would recommend.

I wish I stayed longer at this Airbnb. It was exactly as described. It is a brand new building and operation. The gym and infinity pool are on the 42nd floor with an amazing view with airplanes passing in the horizon. The host was very responsive and helpful. Since it’s a new operation, the security had some delays with check in, but it was quickly resolved. I will definitely stay at this location when I visit Penang next time.

We had a fantastic stay at Ideal Home! The apartment was clean and very well-maintained. The bed was comfortable with nice comforter, making it easy to get a good night’s rest.
