My stay was excellent!!! The townhouse exactly as in the photos, all very clean, organized, and has everything you need for a good stay, comfortable bed, the apê is airy and is well air-conditioned with the air conditioning, I felt at home. Next to the mall . The super quiet place, helpful porters. And the wordless, super helpful, and gentle host made me super comfortable, I just have to thank you for these incredible days with all the comfort provided. Super I recommend the apê. Yhis was my 3rd trip to JP, we chose this location b cause of the balcony and it did not disappoint! I spent every hour I had to be working on the balcony, perfect amount of sun, perfect breeze! There is a steakhouse nearly next door, 24 hour pharmacy, padaria, fruit market, and soon to be opened 24 hour grocery store. Always responded to questions and provided plenty of linens for our 2 week stay! Highly recommend!

Best location in João Pessoa. It is just a 2-minute walk to the João Pessoa sign and the seafront, between Tambaú and Cabo Branco beaches. The condominium is very organized and has a very good leisure area on the roof. The apartment is excellent, with new and quality furniture and utensils. We went as two couples and were accommodated very comfortably. Weli is a great host. The stay was perfect.

The stay at Co-House with Wanderley was excellent! The place is super clean, organized and exactly as in the photos of the listing, which starts out very well. Communication was quick and straightforward, and he was extremely receptive from the start. A special highlight was his care in preparing a document with several tips, useful information and suggestions for tourist places in João Pessoa, which is very helpful, especially for those who are getting to know the city. Wanderley was always available and attentive, which made all the difference in the experience. I'll definitely come back more often!

Beautiful, clean, well-equipped apartment, exactly as described. New and modern building, well organized. The breakfast offered by the flat, is worth it. Região tranquila, and well located.

I lived in João Pessoa for a while and now I brought my husband to meet. We researched MANY places to stay and this was what caught our attention. It was a unique experience, the host is extremely helpful, it met all our needs and the reception when we arrived was unlike anything I've ever seen in my life. The room view is BEAUTIFUL, and it's an excellent place to stay here. Voltaria many times and stay again! You can book without concern!

Although the house is in need of maintenance in some respects, our stay was pleasant and the host responded with agility and cordiality.

The experience was great from beginning to end. The house is very cozy, complete, safe and very clean. The internet is good, the beds are comfortable, there are towels and toiletries on site. All Ares-Conditioners work perfectly. The house also has ample space for guests. I don't have anything to complain about. Note 10/10. Suggestion: the pool could have all the jets from the hydromassage area working, and a heating system would be interesting. When I went, it was raining and the water was very cold. There could also be a bigger TV in the living room. But, of course, this does not compromise the stay at all — it's just a suggestion.

Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with top quality utensils (the bedding games of the premium suites are a show apart). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and is very helpful. The beaches in the region are heavenly, so much so that our initial idea was to go on excursions, but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no trade very close by, so it is imperative to ensure food and basic medicines necessary for emergency cases. We hired Amanda (Host referral) to help us with the cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that was really worth it, that is the opinion of the 12 people who stayed in the house. Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families looking for a more private space. In addition to being close to several beaches, it also has a nearby downtown area with restaurants and a very busy border. The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated and well equipped. Its location is excellent both for the region of the exuberant Barra do Gramame and, a few kilometers away, for the Farol do Cabo Branco, which is the main tourist spot in the city. So, have a good stay, as I did.

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.
